"When there is a time of need it is the duty of a caring Government to step up and protect our people. It is the highest calling for my Office and this Administration to serve you, the Rotovian people. With that said, I must bring your attention to the growign economic upheval of late. With economic giants such as Whittier falling around us, nation after nation is befalled with economoic draught. It is this that has led me to take the actions I have, twelve hours ago in a closed session of Parliament the Economic Strategy Bill was enacted and our nations Emergency Economic Protocols are now in place. This will ensure that for the next three months our economy will remain strong I thank you for your continued support and admiration, I am proud to call myself Rotovian and love our citizens like my own children.
