Ok... the "Stingray" is really a defiant class starfleet vessel, with an extended nuclear warhead that the tip (the thing that looks like a cockpit), it has a crew of 40 personal... read this:

The "USS De Ruyter" (Defiant) has a evac capacity of only 150.

The "USS Defiant" is NOT a Constitution class but rather a Defiant Class, it is 107.68 meters long, 30.1 meters high, 134.11 meters wide. Once again, a crew of 40, a max capacity of 150 and same w/ evac capacity. Normal crusing speed is Warp 6, max crusing speed is about Warp 9.2, and max speed is 9.982 for 12 hours... fix it and nice rips... lol cn some at the site....
