The country of Raczembourg has finally completed the trials of its latest advance in aerospace technology: the "Hella Tighta" fighter jet. This particular aircraft has multi-role capabilities including attacking ground forces or striking back against enemy fighters.

The craft can carry several types of armaments, including AIM-9 Sidewinder, AIM-7 Sparrow and AIM-120 AMRAAM air-to-air missiles, guided air-to-ground weapons such as Harpoon, SLAM/SLAM-ER, GBU-10, HARM and Maverick and free-fall air-to-ground bombs, Mk-76, BDU-48,Mk-82LD, Mk-82HD and Mk-84. The aircraft can also carry the GPS/inertially guided JDAM (Joint Direct Attack Munition), JSOW (Joint StandOff Weapon) and JASSM (Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile). Raytheon AIM-54 Phoenix is a long-range air-to-air missile with range of 150km. The JS-22 can carry up to six Phoenix missiles and is capable of firing the missiles almost simultaneously at six different targets.

Be mindful that while it can be retrofitted with several weapons systems, the "Hella Tighta" Fighter can carry at a maximum 3 weapon systems at a time.

The JS-22 is quite fast, travelling at speeds nearing Mach 2.9.

Utilizing the latest in countermeasure technology, the craft provides a coordinated situation awareness and manages the on-board and off-board deception countermeasures, the expendable decoys, and signal and frequency control of emissions. The system includes the DEUCE-2 countermeasures dispenser, the SPANKS-50 towed decoy and the TIGHT/SKIZZITS-67(V)3 radar warning receiver.

The only drawback to the JS-22 is her production cost which remains quite steep. At the cost of 500,000,000 deuces a unit, the government of Raczembourg only plans to manufacture at maximum two squadrons for her own defense purposes. No definite number of craft has been set. With the tension rising in the region with Hozzreich aggression, the JS-22 may prove to be a hot seller despite its price tag.
