As his final act as caliph of Fatimid Daylam, Ibn Omar ordered the surrender of all Fatimid personnel operating in Egypt. Traditional law and public opinion ordered that he step down after surrendering to an infidel, so he did and has been succeded by his son, Kilij al-Muizz.


In the Sinai, General Ali humbly obeyed the command from the top. All men were withdrew from combat positions, fortifications were thrown down, and all arms surrendered. The new Caliph al-Muizz II has asked permission to send naval forces to withdraw the army, stating that additional terms of surrender be agreed upon, such as reparations.

The Dominion of New Vladivostok hereby orders its naval blockade suspended, and Caliph Ibn Omar's decision to seek peace over violence. The Dominion of New Vladivostok also offers to host peace talks between Daylam and the Westwood Alliance, should the other belligerents agree.

Daylam, you have shown wisdom. I respect you for that. Your surrender is accepted by Jarridia, and all forces are at cease fire. I will discuss with Matich and LowerEgypt of reparations we deem necessary. At the moment all forces are staying within the war inflicted areas to make sure that all Daylam's forces are removed from Sinai and the Suez Canal

The new Caliph al-Muizz II has agreed to it, and a large convoy of carriers and transports to replace the ones lost in the fighting. The carriers are carrying utility copters and carry no ammunition for their guns. The army has queued up along the coasts, many down-hearted at the decision to deny them their trip to paradise. All units along the battle front have been disengaged.

No you will not extract your forces. They will surrender to Jarridia or myself. Your navy will also surrender. I have 120 F14s and 180 F18s flying over your task force along with 100 Corvettes, 300 FAMBs,3 AWGs, and 6000 Marines to make sure they comply. The 3rd Army is preparing to move into your nation and once they do so all of your senior ranking government officials will surrender to them.

That will not be acceptable. Most of my army is still on-duty in Daylam, and unless you wish to be responsible for invading Daylam, subduing our conventional military with all of the bloodshed that entails, along with losing several major cities and assault groups to nuclear warfare, I suggest you step down your request of the surrender of the government and army/navy. My forces can remobilize as fast as they demobilized, and you would not want to invade Daylam itself. Even if you invaded Daylam and destroyed the conventional military, with all its nuclear capability, a huge guerilla war will ensue.


No, we will pay the much larger sum (to satisfy Matich) of 72 billion USD and remove our forces from Egyptian territories. The Caliph will not step down.

OOC: Dude have u compared our pops? I could take u out easily if I wanted. I didnt even use 1/10 of my forces in this war. But I am too lazy to invade u. Now if u continue to be arrogant u will pay the price but I was being a little unreasonable since u did have a power change so i will take out that one part.

The government wasn't replaced, just changed power to someone who could be much worse.....if we don't do something then he will try and invade Egypt again. Something that I don't want to worry about.

Any further assault on Daylam will force us to assist him. There must be a peaceful solution to this situation using reasonable terms.

Very well. The first convoy will approach the blockade, wait for clearance from Matich and Jarridian personnel, and pick up the first load of 120,000 men to be returned to Daylam. A second such convoy, already en route, will perform the same function. 240,000 men will evacuate every two days for twenty days until the entire force is off Sinai.
