Today, 361 out of 400 repersentives of the Continental House of Government approved the testing of nuclear weaponary in International Waters in the Pacific.

The proposal was brought up by Roac to test the Empire's new tactical neutron warheads, desgined to do a large of damage with little radioactive fallout. To help compare power of the blasts themselfs, Fission and Fusion Nuclear weapons will also be tested and to aslo test the Empire's silos and defence network's readiness for an attack.

The tests are currently in prep stage as the IDoMR finds a preferred spot for testing.

Pure Evil has found that Neutron warheads are very effective tactial weapons but not good for strategic strikes.

i thought neutron warheads gave out tons of radiation and little fall out

IC: If we could use Neutron warheads on ICBMs, they could be usefull in destroy silos/Bunkers without a larg fallout area effecting nearby cities and farms, it would become very helpful.
