The aggresion from Emerald Water against our beloved Community of San Victor has gone to the top! This enough. I declare WAR against the idiot republic of Emerald Water. We will dump our radioactive wast in their water and soon the hole people will be poissend!

That is certainly not a good reason to declare war on someone, this is imperialistic as hell. DAF forces where already on state of alert, I am mobilizing more forces to aid Emerald Winter if he doesn't chose to IGNORE you in the first place.
