In light of the recent economic collapse of the nation Raysia, Chinese Army will offer to assist Raysian Military Tech defense industries in production and further research...
Recently, the Chinese Army Prime Minister has announced that rather than cutting the 14% defense budget as originally proposed, plans have been made to redirect much of these funds to Raysian technology industries.
The current 14% defense budget is roughly $2.4 trillion, and $400 billion annually will be forwarded to Raysia in separate installments. Chinese Army corporations will also relocate to Raysia to assist in production manpower, bringing along their employees, as new automobile manufacturing industries spring up in Chinese Army, replacing some of its previously all consuming defense industry.

OOC - This will be an attempt to make Raysia's technology and production exports realistic; it will also allow Raysia to have much more export capacity than it needs to import.
I am also Zoogiedom's puppet, but since I've been roleplaying with CA sepearately for a while, I'm using this to dvert funds.
