After the recent collapse of the Empire of the Jolly Sailor, the region was divided up and shared out amongst the many states which arose. There are currently nine nations in the somewhat exclusive "Jolly Sailors Mens Club", ranging from econimic powerhouses to communist paradises. These nations are all very new, though, and the Club needs some stability.
There is still some land up for grabs, for older nations to move into. The Jolly Sailor installed a high-tech password-protected air defence system, so you'll need the password to get in. Applicants will be interviewed by the immigration officials of Balzar.
Why move to the Jolly Sailors Men's Club?
Well, it's a small region, so you've more chance of being the best. We're a friendly group, and we'll accept most people. C'mon, you know you're bored of your old region anyway....
