"I have been informed by my ally that a recent threat has raised its head. Cody Mays will stand behind him and help him fight in our first war, the reports are that he has begun to threaten our allies and us economically and militarily. He is currently building an army as we have been doing for months. We currently have over 500,000 men able to fight yet only around 2,000 being sent to this nation. With only 2,000 men being sent to an enemy nation they will employ many tactics but mainly gurellia as our nation prides itself upon that. We will be sending these 2,000 paratroopers into the many forests of this land and begin operations from there. Thankyou this is my declaration for war on the Possible enemy i would not like to name any names for you people i speak of know who you are."




Meanwhile at a airfeild inside Cody Mays's lands four c14 transport planes began to load these 2,000 specially trained troops carrying ak47's and m16's. They each had four fragmentation grenades and would go in after a joint air assault. Already Cody MAys's 15 b52's flew at the enemies land.


P.S. (i know this is bad but i just recived the go ahead by all the other nations entering this war. So i forgot all the nations names even though they are my friends RL sorry guys.)

"Cody it is me youtr ally i am sorry but i cannot enter your war on this pacific country. I will be selling your allies and you weapons and helping in any other way i can. I will also be sending my airforce and navy yet they will only be in for awhile. Since we are still eerie on security and so we will not fully enter the war."


The ships awoke with movement sailing twoard this Japanese nation and since they where docked in hong cong and Cody in Russia it wouldnt be long. Also they had a small fighter/bomber force on the deck of the carrier.





Meanwhile Four men had got on an international flight to the Confederate Countries. when the men laded they had alot of money and went to a apartment complex they bought a room that day. Also they got some other things they would need. a computer with internet and then one of the men left to a dark ally finding his contact he bought a small car bomb. These men were Kalaskov terrorists who stayed 100% loyal to the government. This man walked down a street finding a car he got in and hotwired it he didnt have much time he had to complete his mission. He pulled up to the airport speeding at the front of the building. The confederate countries always struggled with defense but still police fired at the man as the crazed renegade slammed into the airport. His car flew into the mass lines of people as he denonated the car exploding it and killing many people. It was a great succes yet it wouldnt be pretty the other three terrorists stayed in their cells a new bigger plan was growing.

"Dear President Cody Mays,
I have been in touch with you a few times over the duration of our alliance. Fifty-six million people now call the Allied Confederacy their home, and with increased military spending, I have been able to boast of a Two million man army. I will be sending my men in waves. The first wave of attack will be an air assault, then we will go from there. I am exceedingly happy that you have answered the call to duty, and I will never let you down."

Departing from the A.C. Airfield early in the morning were 25 Blackhawk Helicopters, 20 CH-47 Chinook transport Helicopters and 22 B-52 Bombers, along with 10 B-17 Bombers. They would land for refeul at the half-way point, in an allied country, and then they would go for the second leg; the bombing run.

Confederate Countries
The Empire of Confederate Countries is on the outer terrain, surrounded on the west by a large ocean which contain very sharp rocks for a large area of the main land before running out around the northern edge to the ports. Their Naval forces hold total and complet jurisdiction around the coasts and main ports. THis leads eastward into a large expanse of beach of beach terrain up to large unassailable cliffs that have several gaurd posts and Naval bases. Inward from this Confederate Countries contains its many cities-the large of which contain the Army bases and main military personnel including their families-the smaller cities work to support the nation through industrial and agricultural means. The whole of this area is covered in trees and grassland, which rolls over the large hilly landscape. They have a small, but very capable, Air Force that is funded less than their Navy and just as much as their Army.

Cheif Secuirity Ofiicer Jim Calhoun was reported to have said this in answer to the deadly attack on the Confederate Countries--
I am appaled at the actions taken today, but we will stand up to these terrorists and defeat them. This is where our vast military spendings will pay off. We have trained our men and have become a very strong nation. We know that this attack was not just one man, that there is still more terrorists in our nation. We have called all of our military personnel together to stop this hideous attacks before they can truely harm our great Empire! We will not stand for this!

It was these words that led the entire congrigation to rise up and carry the flag of our nation through the streets, proudly showing our loyalty and patriotism. This has come to you from Cameron Burson(Journalist of the CC News)

To Confederate Countries:
We, the Empire of the Children of Darkne, have decided to help you in your plight. We have a very strong economy and an incredibly powerful Air Force, and so we have sent 5 B-1 Bombers to The Allied Confedracy and 3 to Cody Mays. These where incredibly expensive, but are the most high-tech bombers that we have. With these we have sent 3 fighter jets with each and two radar-jamming planes to make this mission entirely effective. In addition we have sent you a decent fleet to assist in Naval capacities and a large force of Fighter planes, transporters, and two highly mobile Helicopter squadrons. Lastly, we have agreed to support you in any ways necessary, report back to us should you require anything else.

15 b52 bombers flew very high avoiding anti air fire two of the bombers droped 40 smart weapons. these bombs hit the anti aircraft weaons or were targeted at them they came from the east coast of the nation. yet as they flew in one of the bombers was hit by an anti aircraft gun and flew down low. The bomber positioned itself to hit into a city building the bombs insde the plane exploded. The raid continued as the B52's began to carpet bomb the town they then turned back flying for home they lost over 3 bombers.



The C 14 transport planes folowed they dropped their forces in the forest miles away from the towns and anti air. Once on the ground the two thousand men moved quickly splitting into groups and setting up their camp. one platoon of 16 men went far into the jungle until they reached civilization.it was a village a small one yet a small guar was posted there the men fired on them hitting the first guard as the other three returned fire. a small fire fight ensued but the village fell soon utter chaos happend the men threw a grenade into a small hut and ran far away as the ammunition exploded. Some of the houses caught on fire but they kept it out now they owned this village and a second platoon of 12 men joind the 14 others. with 26 men they would hold until some armor could be drought up.

After Cody Mays' troops cleared out, the second wave from the Allied Confederacy flew in. With all of the B-52's and the B-17's they had they went on a bombing run. They, too flew high, keeping away from all anti-aircraft fire that was stationed in this new town. They dropped many bombs on the Capital city, starting at one end of the town and not stopping until they reached the other side. A couple planes, of course were caught by the anti-aircraft and shot down, but those that were did their best to find a target to run into.

Meanwhile, while all of the bombings were happening, the many Blackhawks, and the Chinooks landed in a barren field, where there were no troops stationed for miles, let alone any hospitable homes. After recieving word from their allies who had taken over the village, the Transport planes dropped the paratroopers (210) inside of it. While all other forces that were dropped in the fields (1,400) made their way down to a rendezvous point.

Back at the Allied Confederacy, they were beefing up the borders to keep foreignors of any kind out. There were F-18 Hornets doing regular fly-by's over the capital and all major cities. There were also Anti-aircraft weapons being set-up, as there usually was when they were engaged in war.

At the A.C. Airfield, 40 More Blackhawks, 30 More Chinooks, and 4 more Transport Planes were taking off, heading toward the same point that the other troops had already landed. They would make the stop in the allied country then make the second leg to drop off the troops and bring the transport planes and the Chinooks back. All blackhawk helicopters would be staying to build up an air assault team. Inside the transport helicopters were engineers that were to build a Frontal base; This was becoming a full scale war.

Following the strikes on it's territory, the Confederate Countries have taken steps to increase Defense and Counter attack methods. 1. The large Naval forces have set up posts all along their Eastern side to defend against the bombers of Cody Mays. 2. 20 F/A-22 Raptor's have been sent to surround the outer cities as well as the increased anti-aircraft weapons. 3. 50 F/A-18E Super Hornets have been placed around the larger cities. The Capitol is in large dissaray and turmoil. Luckily, the capitol was not the center of the military base sites. The large base from which most of the planes and other military personel are in an annanouced territory. 4. The allies have sent over their men, who have landed in a force of 5,000. The Confederate countries have set themselves up in a guerilla warfare method of attacking. Due to their extensive knowledge of the terrain, the CC will no doubt be able to handle the ground forces (should any be sent) of THe AC or CM.

Sergeant Marshall Smith(of the TCOD) and his special ops team were droped off the Blackhawk into CC territory. They followed an open trail for a period, then pulled into the tree cover. They were not aware of it, but their force was just outside an encampment of the enemy forces. They saw this when the forces from the AC came through. The Sergeant called to open fire and the hit and run attack began. his force carried M-4s and AKs which tore through the soldiers who entered the tree covered trail. The Sergeant himself opened fire and lossed a grenade onto their backs. He had set up two groups, the first to hit them from the front, and the other to stop them from retreating into open area. This was because the AC force was larger and more equipped than Smith's own. And so it was that Smith and his team decimated the main force. With that bit done the Sergeant and his men moved out to the rendezvous point and met a large force from the CC.

Colonel Jefferson gathered over 100 soldiers marching to find his ally. They heard it the gunfire yet it would be to late so they went deep into the woods hiding their forces.




Yet meanwhile SGT. Manes and his force of 24 pressed farther into the village they had occupied. It was a strong defensive structure with bomb shealters and a small bunker that his men could get cover in. Plus they had hired around 5 or 6 regular villagers arming them as pickets to warn of enemy movements. The fighting would be fierce here and Manes knew it yet he planned on it they would hit and run. Yet they wouldnt run from this village it was a staging point all anti air was totally whipped out here in this sector. The Men had seen the huge bombing and seemed happy. The Fight was on now...

the second terrorist left his hous early. He had armed himself with 100 dollars and a .50 Cal Desert Eagle. He boarded a bus paying with the one hundred and pointing the gun at the driver. He then handcuffed the fatman and threw him on the ground the school bus was full of children. The man had drove semis before this and could manage a bus he quickly sped the bus about two blocks from the school. Once there he entered the school opening his coat he showed a bombe yet it was to late. He exploded knocking out a wall of the school as the top floor crumbled to the ground killing many children. It was another tradgedy for the Confederacy and a victory for these terrorists.



Meanwhile the other two sat in a room when all of the sudden Omar the smaller weaker terrorist got up and left he went to the police office turning himself in.



Kalaskov's main naval assault started on the ships on the east coast of the Confederate countries. over 13 destroyers 12 battleships 3 carriers and 20 submarines. three of these submarines gluided into the water sending three cruise missles at three ships just in range. The missles were deadly accurate and would hit soon yet the subs were protected. over 34 f18 and f16 fighters flew over head incase of attack if this opporation succeded they could get CM troops into the region and supplies. This would be Kalaskovs small part in the war.

over 45 of Kalaskovs carrier fighters fly along Cody Mays's coast and all entry points. Also Kalaskov being in charge of air defense has set up Surface to Air Missles along the coast heat seeking. And it would be impossible to enter either nation by air since Kalaskov has all its ground based planes in the air. and it has SAMS also. Plus Kalaskov has also put in 45 20 mm. anti aircraft machineguns just in case.


The war will be now harder as Kalaskov has scouts of 10 planes flying out to find CC's bombers before they even come close.

General Warren Daniels smiled at the news of the defense of Cody Mays. He knew that the information concerning the B-1s would be found so he had embelished the stories. The truth was that there was no such attack, the money that was going to the B-1s was never necessary because he had already planted agents inside the Cody Mays' territory.

Wing Commander Corvin T. Huff bellowed out commands to his fliers and they to their coomanders. There were 60 of them total. The Raptor's flew straight in towards the F18s and the F16s. THey fired off their heat seekers first, then there guns were following in a blaring cascade against the enemy. 40 of the Raptors flew to fire at the planes, while 20 more came in to shoot at the ships below. Corvin noticed that the Confederate Navy had sent 10 ships, 6 subs, and 2 carriers out to decimate the pathetic attackers. THe battle would begin and defeat Cody May's for sure.

The bomb was set. Jimmy leaned back, having completed his task and the C-4 attached timer was set up. The trigger was in his hand, attached but not turned on yet. He crawled out of the room, dodging the beams and broken glass. He was in the abandoned 3rd floor of the skyscraper and he jumped out into the large crate and pretended to clean the windows of the 4th floor. He lowered the crate with the rope, his partner helping him. Once on the ground floor he started to walk, then he got to the point when the trigger would no longer be effective. He smiled, then he clicked it on and pushed the trigger. The last thing Jimmy saw was the flash of brialliant light and the dull crash as the entire building gave way.
Far from the site, another man stood and smiled as the mushroom cloud was shown to rise above the skyline. The largest skyscraper of Cody Mays' capitol city had been brought down and the sight of it was wondrous to the man. He dropped down from the roof of the warehouse and looked around. The other 5 men were playing poker as he looked around, but they heard the noise and each had a smile playing at the corner of their lips.

Colonel James Goder smiled as he landed, the helicopter sqaudrons dropped off the men at the main base of the CC. They were to move at 0900 to occupy the western defense bases. They would be flying the 50 Apaches there and would move to pick up their troops at the rendezvous point. They were well equipped should a problem arise, in fact, 10 Raptors would be flying as an escort from the CC forces.

The f18's and F16 had a chance as they fought their numbers doubled as many ground based planes flew in. Over 90 planes had joined the battle as the ships 50 cal. anti aircraft machineguns fired on the 20 men and the battle ships engaged the enemy ship. Depth charges quickly took care of the 6 subs and the destroyers fired their huge guns into the ships. Even though these where Kalaskov ships and equipment Cody Mays manned them. the fighting was feirce as shore batteries began to fire into the enemy ships over 85 cannons.



Meanwhile as the bomb went off many security forces prepared concidering the Terrorists would be hard to find as marshal law took effect. No one on the streets and also every appartment complex and rundown building would be searched. Also all hotels and any housing complex for rent. This began as they closed in on these foolish renegades who thought Cody Mays was behind the trerrorist strikes.


Defense minister Dwight Stutson spoke: "This is an outrage by obvious terrorists not only have they invoked a tougher war on themselves but now it is all out with no exceptions. We are closing in on these terrorists and the building being rebuilt. Also i would like to adress my ally to hurry with his plan as my Citizens grow angry. I ask you to send a small security force to help us as we will be sending our real navy and airforce into a current sea battle.

It was the Rod that the enemy was supposedly using. Even though these forces where far from the main group they prepared to slow their opponent. They went forward and found a small bridge firing the RPG's they knocked out the bridge. It wouldnt take to long to rebuild it but ont he other side they set three to four mines and two boobie traps. These traps sat in a canteen of water and one was wrapped to a tree and a single wire stretched across the road. It was invisible as they carefully coverd it with rock and dust. Soon they new the enemy would come as they hid behind an embankment calling in the other forces of AC telling them the road to the enemy position was blocked. They hid pointing their guns up over the embakement waiting they would shoot at the enemy across the river with RPG's AK 47's and Grenades. This was the ambush point for sure.

The large numbered force that was waiting for their allies, The CC, of course, would had begun to lounge at this point, waiting. A low hum could be heard in the distance and the men would think their allies were coming for them; but in reality, the people coming were the complete opposite of that.

Blackhawk Helicopters, 32 in number flew low over the trees and above the clearing where the CC soldiers awaited. The drone of mini guns deafened and drowned out all other sound as shells went flying and bullets went whizzing toward all people on the ground and in the trees. Short range missiles were shot into the trees where the soldiers were waiting out.

After those thirty-two made their sweep, decimating nearly all in their path, another wave, 33 more, came swooping in, doing the same.

Rangers and men from the Delta Squad, the Alpha Squad, and the Omega Squad came from all directions, in a perimeter, after the bulk of the choppers cleared out. Those that hadn't cleared had their spotlights on and they were looking through the trees for any retreaters. The soldiers from the AC were taking prisoners. After all prisoners were taken and accounted for, the Choppers landed on the field and they all mounted up, leaving before the allies could arrive; the large fleet heading toward the Village that had been taken by Cody Mays's forces.

1300 Hrs.
By order of the President of the Allied Confederacy: Lieutenant General Lance Smith, The highest ranking officer of the A.C. Army, is here-by promoted to General of the Army. His rank shall last the duration of the Conflict in the Confederate Countries, unless otherwise specified.

1330 Hrs.
Congress Declares War upon the Confederate Countries, moving from "Police Action."

1700 Hrs.
By order of Lance Smith, General of the Army, President Hayes, along with his Chief of Staff George Strong, and the Secretary of War Lucas Heading: All able-bodied soldiers are called to active duty and should stand ready for deployment.

1730 Hrs.
By order of Lance Smith, General of the Army: Deployment of the 3rd A.C. - 36th A.C. (33 Divisions, 330,000 Men.) The mobilization of 30 stealth bombers, 25 Harriers, 50 Apache Helicopters, and 10 Aircraft carriers holding 250 F-18 Hornets, 250 F-4 Phantoms, 250 Douglas 530M Defenders, and 250 Blackhawk Helicopters.

0400 Hrs.
The aircraft carriers set off from the shores of the Allied Confederacy. Each of the ten had the 1000+ Jets and Helicopters distributed evenly. Harriers were going in shift above them for air support. Each had air to water missiles (torpedoes) that were to defend against submarine attacks, and shortrange air to surface and air to air missiles to defend against both Battleships and such and oncoming jets or helicopters; they would arrive near the CC borders, but of course far enough away to avoid an all out attack, by 2100 Hrs.

following the succesful attack by his ally they had flown straight in and now, Cody got 4 c47 transport planes with over 12 tanks distributed evenly in them. And 4 shanook helicopters with Cody's pride Cavalry Group over 85 men with car 15's and modified scopes as well as four mortors and three howitzer cannons. (those are in one of the C47's.) The drop took place as the tanks dropped in the village (and the cannons.) And the Cavalry afew miles North of it. All the planes and helicopters flew back as the cavalry began to search forward. They found the old point of the first engagement. they looked all about and found really nothing AC had done a great job so they began a homeward course. Arriving soon back at the village.




Meanwhile a underground bunker had been found no buildings or homes sat around it for it was deep in the country side. It wasnt a treat but now a battery of four howitzers aimed at it just in case of movement.

Meanwhile on the shores of Cody Mays the sea battle ragged as the raptors sat highly out numberd and reciving anti aircraft fire. Plus the ships were under fire from the other ships and the shore batteries.

Troops moved hiding the tanks in brushes for a later date the attack would be allied. The cavalry hadnt seen any signs of enemy military units and began an advance. They found a small town but left it sneaking around it. they got on top of a hill and set up the SAM's three in all it was a wooded hill and they hoped to not be attacked soon. They began relaying to HQ and looking for the enemy.

OOC: do you guys have room for another nation in this conflict. it seems that you are pretty evenly matched up and you really need somone to tip the scales or the war will never end. also, not to piss anyone off or anything but all the nations in this war so far using the highly advanced jets in the airforce (Raptors, F/A-18E Superhornets) can't really be using them. the ammount of raptors alone used in the one assault i read cost more than that nation's entire national budget, that just doesn't seem possible unless they produce them in their own country. anyhow tg me if you accept or decline my offer.

The Republic of Kaufmanstad has noticed the warfare going on between your two nations and would like to make it known that it would like to lend its hand in ending the conflict. I have been authorized by my government to welcome delegations from either side to our Provisional Capital at Kaufmansburg to begin the process of creating a Peace Treaty.

Not other nations may join until i declare otherwise sorry but it is a war among friends...So far

the infantry spread out as they marched to the hill and then got around the bottom of it. The Cavalry had built a trench and underground air bunker in each little part of the trench. This hill sat only 500yds from a small manufacturing city. The howitzers set on the hills supported by the Cavalry with Car15's and SAM's set up. They also had bunkers built into the hill it would be the first real fight as they waited for their allies the men sat in the trenches with their guns raised on their shoulders. A patrol was sent out over 20 men with M4's and two RPG's the M4's had scopes. The men hid on the outskirts of the town as an engneer drew a plan. They went back sending their allies the ever importante bomb cordinance as the tanks would support the Infantry move.

Seeing that CM was introuble on their own shores Kalaskov orderd over 21 MIGs to enter the fight against the decimated CC force. Also with alittle extra money they had musterd two squad's of torpedo planes that flew in low. Only about 16 as they split up and began dropping their torpedoes and hitting ships. As Anti aircraft hit them and raptors decimated these old torpedo planes began to crash into the ships blowing up. Plus since they had been based in Hong Kong they had feul left they soon began a homeward flight leaving the Migs to help. They Outnumberd out gunned and away from home raptor and naval fleet was being destroyed. Soon the B52's would be able to harass the retreating ships.

Since CC's Navy was under fire, and very well preoccupied, General Smith ordered that the aircraft carriers move inland 750 More miles. It took them all of the day to move that distance, and once they reached there, two C-17's carrying fifty troops each took off, each C-17 being escorted by four Harriers. Following this escort were 15 More Harriers, ten Stealth Bombers, ten Apache Helicopters, ten Douglas 530M Defenders, and ten Blackhawk helicopters. Each Blackhawk was carrying two Snipers. Flying two hundred and fifty miles was no easy feat, but they were able to do it on the tanks of feul that they had, and they were also able to fly further inland and land at a temporary airfield just outside of Meade, the village that had been taken earlier in the engagement. Fuel was already waiting for them when they arrived, and the two C-17's dropped their men, and they teamed up with the men that were already stationed within Meade, and they were able to commandeer 12 deisel trucks with trailors. After they did, the Harriers, Stealths, Blackhawks, Apaches, and Defenders refueled and took off, heading fourty miles Northeast to the large town of Burlington. Burlington was one of the largest arms producing manufacturers in the region.

Upon arrival the Harriers swooped down while The helicopters hung back and the Stealth Bombers flew high and circled. There were twenty three Harriers on this raid, and four Arms plants in the City of Burlington. The Harriers split the targets 7,7, and 9.. The two sevens on the smaller plants and the nine on the larger plant. Each Harrier was carrying four missiles each, so there were twenty eight missiles fired at each of the smaller plants, and thirty six at the larger plant.

After the Harriers were finished on their mission and most of each plant was destroyed, the Stealths came in and the Harriers flew up. The stealths were there to clear out the rest of the plants, City Hall, and the Military detachment.

Once the Stealths were finished, they went back to the temporary airfield at Meade, and the Harriers landed on roads inside Burlington. The helicopters were the next ones up, and they were to circle the city and block anyone from going in and coming out.

An hour or so later, in came the transport trucks with all of the forces (Numbering 611.) The forces moved in on the town and held their position against the Militia until Cody Mays' forces were able to arrive, that would be hours from now, but the Militia wasn't doing much damage to the forces.

The enemy had surrenderd tis troops and towns this being recorded through telegram. The enemy had no will or availability to fight the war ended as the armored tanks rolled throgh the streets. Know the allies would rebuild and fight off anyone still resisting or loyal it was split and a colony for each country that took it.

The troops set out from thhe Hong Kong Docking port number 388 over 12,000 men in huge amounts of transport boats. they carried an arrangment of small arms, assault rifles, pistols, and heavy machineguns. They all had cammo and round helments the men sat ready to unload they would occupy the very Southern tip of CC. It was in the West so it was communist but they would make it normal since Cody gave them that land to do as they like. It consisted of over 10 towns over 1,000 men per town with 2,000 in reserve. Kalaskov had an airforce ready and ships ready on the ports at home only about 100miles away. The men also unload 10 howitzers with well trained gun crews ready to hold off foolish invasion or attacks. The men began to set up an air field with anti aircraft and SAM missles protecting the build site.

Cody Mays appeared on TV he said simply. "the war in the Confederate Countries is over we will be bringing our men home. A small home guard has been set up to make the CC feel safe this is composed of their citizens forced to do it. This is becoming a drain on Economy to keep our forces in forieng soil for so long. Our ranks in our mobilized army are currently exeeding the 500,000 mark. and our ally has currently exeeded the 400,000 mark (kalaskov). He will be watching things over there now keeping our property safe."


Meanwhile transport helicopters and boats began to pull out of cc bringing home over 4,000 men from Cody Mays.

it was then that the seventh armored division began to unload off transport ships. The APV's began to drive around outlying country sides as the tanks groups drove through majorly populated areas. Cody Mays asked Kalaskov to watch the people and now they would very well. and as for that rebellion over 13 humers drove into the forest road the gunners sitting high. Yet then out of the brush came an automatic burst of gunfire and the hummer gunners answerd. the firefight began with a patrol of four hummers against 20 small arms men. The passenger and driver got out of the hummer hidding behind the opposite side of the firing. They returned fire with SAW's and M 4's it would be quite the fight..
