In a press conference yesterday, the council of the Kingom of Tokarzia announced plans to develop an International Center for the Arts to be used by all citizens of the world, far and wide, with each willing and contributing Nation to be allowed 50 students per $1M dollars pledged to the art council's fund.
"The International Center for the Arts will be a chance for the creative minds of the world to work together in peaceful unity in a focused environment safe from the oppressive terrors that plague creativity in less willing nations," said Walter Pitt, head of the Council.
The terms of the proposed center are as follows:
-The Center will focus on Visual and Performance Arts and the history surrounding them.
-Each nation will be allotted 50 students per $1M dollars contributed annually.
-For every contributing nation there will be 50 more slots allotted to capable arts students on a financial needs scholarship basis.
-The Kingdom of Tokarzia will elect the Chairman of the Board of the Center with four additional member nations chosen from the topmost contributing nations.
-The affairs and improvements of the Center will be proposed and voted upon by a simple majority of the contributing member nations.
Currently, Tokarzia will be accepted contributions to said Center and will begin construction after one week of contributions and with discussion on the salient points of the terms.
