Supposing Happy Dancing Bunnies is making a legit offer...we will increase our bid to $100,000,000,001.

If it is not serious our bid is $45 billion.

If the HDB offer is serious, they can have it; otherwise we bid $50 billion.

If the HDB offer is not serious we increase our bid to $52 billion.

60 Billion, we've have a shortage of ships and a large surplus of extra crew. seeing that these ships are already avaliable for combat this will greatly allow us to put these ships into the fight.

I'm a little suprised nations will bid on a package of naval vessels without seeing the specs or statistics. If these are average ships (seeing the oldest has 10 years on it), they would be at most, worth arround $45 Billion, if the ships are outdated or underpowered (i.e. light carriers or Ohio Class Battleships), it might be worth as llittle as $28 Billion.

Erm, people are offering a considerable amount of money for used ships...
