Today the Dominion of Skager unveils a project that has taken 6 months of secret work. It is the ultimate in covert ops, and we call them Cobras.

Cobras are highly trained in the arts of stealth and death. They can sneak past the most alert of guards and disable all but the most sophistacated of alarm systems. They can also kill in the most silent of ways.
The Cobras are trained in a variety of the deadly arts. They are not masters in any specific area, but can conjoin two or more styles into their fighting. They are not solely dependant on their fighting skills however. They each are armed with twin blades, shaped like a police officier's nightstick, with the stick part replaced by a blade. Furthermore, they are trained in modern weapons. All are expert pistol markmen, and proficient with rifles and various other firearms.

Sure, most other covert ops troops are this way. But the difference in the Cobras is that they pretty much never age. Due to advanced bio-engineering, we have obtained a way that out Cobras will only age one year for every ten of our years. This means that they can be implanted into an enemy's, or potential enemy's, nation years in advance to any operation. Unfortunatly, this type of procedure is not fit for cizilian use, as it causes disfigureation and requires a full body suit.
On the subject of the full body suit, it acts as armor as well as supporting the life of the Cobra. It covers the face, chest and limbs. There is armor to a lesser extent on the joints and stomach area. This armor is extremly light and will resist most puncturing weapons and low caliber weapons.

The training and technology to have your own Cobras is availible exculsivly from the Dominion of Skager. However, whatever troops that are sent for the training must meet specific requirments. They must be young, as well as physically and mentally fit. The training and equipment costs 1500 credits.
