The region of Gautier Returns' Neo Kingdom's United Army and the United Kingdom's Alliance wishes to progress quickly as we look foward to Nuclear Energy and Power. By ourselves, we do not have the capabilities of harnessing the power, but with the world's help, we can accomplish this. With schematics for older nations such as Hellfire Nations, Steel Nations, Iron Nations, Bronze Nations and Alloy Nations, we have plans that will also us to create nuclear reactor facilites and the ability to possible create miniture nuclear reactors within tanks. Plans have also shown an intrest in placing the nuclear engines into aircraft as well. So in the end, our nations have the schemtics, blueprints and plans for the development, but we need the help from the international community to make this happen. Please help our region and nations if you can spare.

Durtistan has Uranium and, since a technology trade enabled us to move forward, we feel predisposed to helping someone else out too.

What do you need, exactly, and how quickly?

Please note, however: Durtistan will not supply either the technology nor means of production to create Nuclear weapons. So don't ask.

No, we have no plans for nuclear weapons as they just destroy too much and we aim for tactical victories rather than anialation. Our nuclear ideas only include that of power and energy. Nuclear submarines and large naval vessels have already nearly if not have perfected their reactors, so the previous nations decided to try and micro-size if you will nuclear reactors to fit into large battle tanks. Their next step was to make it even smaller so that aircrafts can also benifit from the increased power.

Our nations have the raw materials needed, but probably what we will be asking for is possible funds that we can repay with the blueprints and nuclear tanks created through the project. We will also be needing nuclear scientist and minds in advising and counsling. We plan for Project Hellforge to be extensive so demand for the materials and progress is quiet resonable. We are looking at it like we will take what we can get, whenever we get it. Also workers would also be a helping hand as labor it seems will be needed. Ofcourse they would be payed like any labor worker and not a slave. Thank you all for your attention.

Jordaxia will also give Frost nations substantial financial assistance, provided that you keep your word, and do not use the technology offensively. More than 2billion can be pledged, and spare base materials can be spared also. (not trying to upstage you Durtistan, just trying to help.)

All who have helped will recieve an X amount of tanks and artillary based upon their contributions to the progress. In the final stage of both the Hellforge and the Meteor, we will be using Titanium. We gaurantee that no bombs or ordinances will be nuclear, only power, energy and engines. The tech I guess can be considered offensive, because it powers the massive battle tank and heavy artillary, but it does not attack with any nuclear components. As for profit... I can set up a deal when the productions goes on to a large scale, your nation can help produce the vehicals therefore recieve contracts which equals money.
