I'm a fairly good RPer (puppet of a larger nation) and would like to RP a terrorist action against a socialist nation. I'm a very small, hyper capitalistic (aiming for capitalizm =) and have mercenaries who want to make cash through hyjacking and hostiges. They really don't want to die, so negotiations will prove useful. If anyone's interested, let me know

I would say you could target my nation, since I am having trouble with Capitalist protesters, but I am unsure if you want to target a nation that has an imploded economy (In other words the bottom of the economic ladder :( ))
