OOC// This is me versus Vexia - JUST me versus Vexia. Anyone else will be ignored, for the duration of the RP.

Before you land, you will either need to tie up my navy, or defeat them. There are several spaces that were not contaminated, because they were not felt important. Howewever, at all the push of landscape, it has been found there is oil beneath the surface of Hogsweat. Being part of the Commonwealth, we are entitled to defend this old piece of crap.

"True sir... and i dont know how long we can hold here."

Hark looked at the black dots in the horizon carefully.
"Well we'll do our damn best! Notify all ships, and tell them to stand by for immediate action with the Vexian fleet"

OOC: This is my first naval battle, and i extrapolating my navy's stastics largely form your own and what little i know or think i know of standard navy armaments, plus a few oddities found in the Vexian Navy.


The Valdez was leading the way when its radar and sonar picked up the Hogsweatian Fleet.
"Sir,we are reading mutliple contacts- i'd say two or three destroyers, one cruiser, and maybe a carrier or battleship."
"Maybe, ensign?"
"Definitely a carrier, sir."
Admiral Grigor was an old veteran, and the only reason he'd survived the purge of old diehards like himself a few years earlier was that he'd thrown himself into aiding the purges.
He sighed, as even remembering those dark times could bring up the accusing faces that haunted him. Well, now was the chance to redeem himself.
"Give me the list of ships we have again, ensign."
He didn't need it, as he'd memorized the entire list already, but it would help him focus on the task ahead.

Admiral Grigor sighed. He knew about the Seanet secret weapons that weren't mentioned on the list, but he also knew he wasn't supposed to use them just yet.
But still, what he knew of the Hogsweatian Navy, the fight was going to be pretty close.
"Launch the Black Thunderers. Tell those cocky pilots to ignore the enemy ships and concerntrate on keeping their MiGs off our backs.
Inform the Domovokoi to position itself to the left and behind us, and the Engel, Nietzche and Mazeltov to form a skirmishing screen in front us."

The Hogsweat fleet came out of the mist, into clear view of the Vexians.

"HALT!"

The fleet came to a standstill, and turned. There was a seconds silence , then thunderous pounds as the Hogsweatian Ships fired round after round of 20", 16", Torpedoes, 20MM rounds.. The Admiral squinted his eyes at the Vexian fleet... enemy losses counted at...

Are we still fighting in this thread or not?
I've been waiting for confirmation, but it doesn't seem to be coming, so is the war still on?

i am waiting to be contacted hogsweat on the main forum thingy.
