"Faced with wars in several regions, the Empire is forced to equip more men, build more vehicles, and in general increase the might of the military. Therefore,I, as adivised by military leaders, have increased the military spending from 15% of the national budget to 20%.
The money generated should easily help produce the naval assets that will be so crucial for the conflicts. Although we will have to increase the ammount of men, a portion of this money will be dedicated towards increasing the discipline of the fighting force, research into modern (NS) warfare to determine strategy in future conflicts, as well as current ones.
It is predicted that an additional 500,000 men will be called on for the Navy, most of which will be needed for logistics and shipbuilding."
