This is a proposal to start a new terrorism alliance. This alliance is called the NSAT. (Nation States Against Terrorism). This group provides Humanitarien support to the victims of terrorism. It also will send in troops to eradicate the terrorist threat in a country, and to investigate terrorist events. In extreme cases, the alliance will defend a country against terrorist countrys trying to invade it. This alliance still has room for founding nations. The top three nations to donate the most amount of money will make the list as founding nations. For anonymous donations, send a tg.

As the leader of Norris Land, I am interested in this alliance. However, I wish to know more about it, so please send me a telegram with more information. I am considering joining your alliance, so please respond.

What do you consider a terrorist. Is killing anyone a necessity? In other words, am I deemed a terrorist as of yet? I have not killed one person, nor staged any terroristic event with my own troops.

a terrorist nation is any nation that attacks another nation for no reason, except just to attack it. Also, terrorists are people who engage in the killing of civilians for political gain.(ie: osama) A terrorist nation is also a country that harbors, trains, and or supports terrorists militarily or financially.

Falastur would like to join this alliance, and will pledge $100 billion to its cause......

you are not a terrorist state as you have not yet attacked another nation for no reason. And, you do not supply terrorists financially or militarilly
