Frozenhells on world markets...

Frozenhells

(postmodem open rp, ~2020-2050, civilian nuclear power technology assumed from modern-day available tech)

For the last few weeks, spies and satellites have been able to see quite an increase of activity in the normally academic and calm life in the Confederacy of Frozenhells

True, a number of evidently industrial large facilities, almost all identical in design, were being assembled not far from the southeastern beaches of the main island, beaches where the foundations of a heavy cargo harbor were being laid during the same period.

Half a dozen nuclear power plants, the first and only ones ever to exist in the Confederacy, were also being assembled by a plethora of technicians and engineers and, quite strangely, were not connected to the main power network but had quite evident direct lines to the yet incomplete industrial facilities.

Seismographs across the region registered faint vibrations as well-planned and controlled explosions gradually flattened the granite surface of a previously barren, desert island about twenty kilometers off the southeastern coast.

Truly, the Confederacy apparently had awakened from a long slumber not unlike a nest of worker ants at the beginning of summer.

Then, one day, a few simple orders were seen on the international ressource exchange...

For the accomplishment of a very peculiar long-term research project, the Confederacy of Frozenhells would like to acquire a certain ammount of raw materials. Of course, partnership with large peaceful nations can be a possibility as the implementation stage cost of said research project will be prohibitive.

the Confederacy would like to acquire, may it be by remuneration or by gift:

600,000 metric tons equivalent of, preferably, pure carbon ore or raw unprocessed C-60 carbon-fullerene. Impure coal would be required in larger quantities.
150,000 metric tons of titanium ore.
50,000 metric tons of cobalt ore.
50,000 metric tons of tungsten ore.

For metallic ores, junk metal is acceptable.
