Things buyers need to know:

Armor rating (in milimeters [mm]) against both HEAT (High Explosive Anti Tank) rounds and KE (Kinetic Energy) rounds. A rating of 700mm seems high for KE in modern day tanks (which have no experimental tech, etc.) and 1500mm seems high for HEAT in modern day tanks. Armor is usualy not made of aluminum; it is soft. Depleted uranium, steel, tungsten, chobham, and probably others are in use.

NS tanks tend to have more armor, weigh more, have more gas guzzling engines (unless they use alternate energy sources), have various experimental weaponry (scramjet tanks rounds) and the like.
Tanks are in the millions of dollars in cost, 100,000 dollars is extremely low. Its like, cardboard tank low

Hydrogen powered engines are reasonable, and are in use by me and various other nations-though gas is more common. One nation even uses alcohol powered engines.

It is best when designing tanks to take a real life tank and modify it, take its weapons, armor, etc, and change it. Commonly used tanks for that are the M1A2 and the Russian Black Eagle (T-80U?). Some others use normally under the radar tanks, such as the Japanese Type-90 for that. I just so happen to be one of those.
