As a member of the region of RPGia, I wish to hold a celebration for the newly endorsed UN Delegate for our region, The People's Republic of Artistic Outcasts. The celebration is to be held tonight, in Norris Land's most serene and attractive area.

The celebration will be large, and will include music, food, more live entertainment, and there will be a time set aside for speeches. Of course, being a celebration with the regional nation leaders, security is a must. The following needs to be present as a security measure for this banquet:

Coast Guard: 4 boats, 50 guards to patrol coastline in area.

Air Force: 3 military grade helicopters will be in close distance to the party.

Navy: 4 small PT boats will be assisting the Coast Guard.

Military: About 100 ground troops will be AT the party for security, somewhere around 500 more will be ready to be dispatched to the party if needed. 3 small armored vehicles will also be on hand. 1 Abrams tank will be nearby.

Any nation in the region of RPGia is welcome to this banquet, and any nation who wishes to join RPGia is much appreciated by the leader of Artistic Outcasts. The celebration will start tonight at 7 o'clock.

Let the Celebration begin!!!

I just like to thank you all for coming! This is really nice of you.
I want you all to know though that I am only the Delegate because of you, I'm so glad you think I am worthy of such a great honor. Now I want you all to know I'm only going to be delegate for a short time, even though I am happy to be the delegate I am already the founder of RPGia and so having someone else in 2nd would be nice. But until then I am so proud to be the person you chose.... :shock: you like me you really like me!....

Jon smiles as he looks at the fireworks in his chair, and turns to his bodyguard, a strange cloaked man who had a gun in his hand.
"Relax, Akhun...there's no danger here. Watch."
He takes his glass of wine and raises it to the air, standing so all can see him.
"To the greatest leader this community will everhave!" he yells, and drinks his glass in one gulp as the crowd roars and cheers. Akhunera simply grimaces at Jon's carelessness and starts to dart his eyes back and forth as if the whole world was an enemy trying to kill him.
