The Rhubarbsian Arab republic is now declaring all hostilities over in the country.
We recently eunderwent an Arab Revolution and now an arab Governemtn has been installed. All opposition to the new government has been removed and the new government is happy to parade itselfonto the world stage and ask for support from the world stage and welcoming from the international community.
The Confederacy of Muktar wishes for you to consider an Embassy Exchange.

The Rogue Nation of Iraqi Republican Guard is officially announcing the formation of the Arab Resistance Coalition (ARC). The sole purpose of the Arab Resistance Coalition is as follows:
1) To Protect and Defend the Sovereign borders of selected Arab States against foreign and domestic Israeli and Jewish threats
2) To Defend the natural right of Arab Nations to self government, i.e., rule as they see fit without fear of coersion and general intereference from outside threats and foreign powers
3) Execute the use of defensive and retaliatory force against those who have initiated it's use against our allies.
The ARC is fully willing and prepared to Defend The Arab Republic of Rhubarbs from any nation or coalition of nations who seek to threaten or undermine the security of the Republic.

Taliban Regime is also an avowed member of the ARC and remains in very close contact with it's founder and Director of Coalition Affairs.
We will also aid The Arab Republic of Rhubarbs finacially, materially, regionally, and militarily. I have contacted others who will also be repsonding to the Israel threat and will stand by Rhubarbs, no matter what.
The Saudi Royal family would like to announce full support for Rhubarbs as well, however, the purpose of this announcement is not intended to incite War. We would like to encourage the use of thorough diplomacy before force is used as a last resort.
We are asking all nations not to interfere with the internal incidents taking place inside of Rhubarbs. The Arab Republic of Rhubarbs is not a UN member, any international laws concerning humanitarian issues do not apply. Threatening invasion and all out war on the grounds of disapproval of that particular nation's internal policies is simply wrong and unjust.
