The coded messages moving between recipient and sender moved at lightning speed across the radiowaves that they used. Bouncing between emitter to emitter, they were partially interrupted in their smooth flow by a partially surfaced Very Low Frequency antennae.

Captain John Sharpe stepped across to the comm station, leaning over the operator as the message came in. "What is it then, Sailor?"

The Seaman shook his head. "The signal's coded, sir. Not something I recognise off-hand, but I can run it home for Intelligence to take a look at."

Sharpe thought for a moment, then nodded. The exposure was worth the risk. "Send it back," he ordered, then turned and walked back to the centre of the Conn. "Exo, prepare to dive the boat; make your depth two hundred metres and return to original course."

The burst transmission was coded, and sent via the VLF to the mainland Naval Intelligence base in New Democracy, Saint-Christopher. The whole transmission time took less than a second, before the antenna was retracted and the boat dissapeared beneath the waves.

"What should we do, sir?"
The Overlords of Muktar's capitol, Catera, had gotten a hold of the transmissions via interception (as Saint did). Two of the Nine were discussing what they should do.
"Contact the original HLF. See what they know. If they can translate, contact me if it concerns us."
"And if they don't?"
"Hope the interception didn't offend them enough to act."

OOC: Sure you can get involved Saint-Christopher and everyone else. Have a go at trying to break the code if you want or RP something else.

I haven't recieved the TG response yet, so this is guesswork:

Papa = Leader
Junior = Nation that will RP the event
Game = The event, possibly an attack
100 BIL = 100 billion USD, the payment for doing the event
1004 pieces, 1104, etc = time of event
Eagle = Entry to involved nation

Any of them right?

Well done you have cracked alot of the code. Hope this will make it eaiser to work out the rest.
