The Allied States of Kalitha-Oceania is a large group of artificial islands and subsurface mines and cities built in 2029 by a group of corporations. They were Kalitha Aquatech and Oceania Systems and Solutions, two companies that focused on sea based technologies as a solution to the overpopulation on land and as an oppurtunity to gather more resources. The ASKO is now governed by President David Kailen, along with an American government system.

Kalitha-Oceania, the capital floating city.

The cities and mines are located in a sort of web expanding roughly 300 miles from Kalitha-Oceania, the capital. There are currently around 10 Million people living in the area, scattered across the cities and mines. The area is connected by a floating Maglev system, and each floating city has a large elevator assembly below it to connect it to the mines, which are connected to eachother by other maglev systems.

While the ASKO has yet to encounter the threat of piracy or war, a special order of Isreali weapons was made in order to secure the seas of Kalitha-Oceania. In addition to the Israeli surface craft, French Rafael fighters and American ASW aircraft were ordered.

However, there may be a time when ASKO may need to be called to arms. In order to prevent such an event, and ensure our protection should it come to be, the ASKO is very interested in Embassy exchanges to furhter our diplomatic relations in the world. We are also asking for suppliers of Air and Naval weapons for the ASKON and ASKOAF.

While your offerings for trade are very interesting, ASKO is interested in new naval vessels, specifically, submarines and frigates, and aircraft like AWACS and the P-3 Orion, as well as general purpose helicopters. But we will keep you in mind when we need to replace our Rafaels.

But we will order 20 of your LSSH-01 Crow helicopters for 480 Million.

The Dominion of LeberMac formally recognizes the new nation of Kalitha-Oceania and suggests that trade and diplomatic relations be set up between our two nations.

We specifically would like to perhaps trade for technology: We're interested in maglev systems and the mechanics of floating cities. Since our country has much coastline and seems to be growing quickly, we may require such a technology.
In return, we have our own technology; our national animal is the Aibo, and they are highly trainable to perform various tasks, from guard duty to retrieval. Or, perhaps fome of our special forces could train your troops in methods and technology.

The Dominion of LeberMac agrees in principle to the trading of technology with ASKO. As a gesture of good faith, we hereby transmit the nanotech "genetic" blueprint for the advanced Aibo prototype to you. The "breeding" of Aibo creations is done on computer simulation until the specific breed/characteristics are achieved (by selecting for/against "genetic" traits). In this manner, we can start from one genetic stock and mutate our way to specific Aibo models, such as our rescue variant, our companionship variant, or our security variant.
Our genetic robotocists believe that it is possible to extrapolate backwards in the "genetic" code as well, to return to a simpler branch in evolutionary development, and then choose to proceed down a different evolutionary path than mammals. So robotic fish are possible, although probably not as intelligent as the Aibo dog models; we would recommend an icthyian "hive-mind" approach, since the individual processing power of a single robotic fish would be small.
On the other hand, you may mutate further up the mammalian line to create a dolphin robot. A genetic dolphin robot would be similar to, if not slightly more advanced than, the Aibo canine units that we currently have. Feel free to experiment with the robotic genetic code.

We gladly will accept any maglev and JMOB technology that you feel approximates the value of the Aibo nanotech genetic breeding program. Our costal cities could certainly use the room to expand.

Terronian, at this time our subsurface uranium mines provide all the uranium we need for our JCPB Reactors. However, our agriculture areas are quite small, and we'll be willing to trade fish or oil for wheats, fruits, or vegetables.

We accept your offer for genetic robotics technology, LeberMac, and in exchange will provide you with JMOB/Floating City and Subsurface Maglev Technology. We will be using it to create dolphin pattern robots for a variety of purposes.

Mattopolia is interested in establishing diplomatic relations with your nation. Perhaps you are interested in massive Typhoon submarine vessels? They are old, but in my opinion, reliable.

Falastur: We will gladly provide you with an embassy.
Mattopolia:Again, we would welcome diplomatic relations and offer an embassy. However, we have some problems with your submarine offering. The typhoon is very large, slow, and expensive compared to other subs because of it's nuclear power and weapons-nuclear SLBMs. It has little value being used against other submarines and ships because of cost and size. We are looking for non-nuclear submarines that are designed for sinking ships, not for launching nuclear weapons. However, if your non-nuclear subs are cheap enough, we shall purchase them.

We have prepared a spacious building for you, in the heart of our capital of Terila. If you wish to send Ambassadors to Falastur, they may use this as their Embassy as soon as they have landed.
