Official address by Premier Dmitri Ivanov Lubechenkovich, leader of the Reformed Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.
"United Peoples of the R-USSR, we are now faced with the second coming of democratization to the Motherland. I hereby anounce my resignation from the position of supreme officer of the Politburo, in order to prevent civil war, and suffering to the country. I ask for your support in the new
new government for the sake of order and peace."
