Following a bad report of a local state secondary school, a group of middle class mothers with children at a local primary united together and decided to send thier kids to this local school.
One parent said "The local school needs support from middle class parents. Most middle class parents send thier kids to private schools, and so there is no influence of middle class parents at the local state school".
However, one boy (who will not be named) secretly reported this to central govenment. The boy complained that any parent who went private would be snubbed by the rest of the community.
The government needed to take strong action, as it was not acceptable for people to be denied of thier freedom of choice in the name of equality. Charlotte made a speech herself.

Rule of the jealous commie mob will not be substituted for the rule of market forces and the invisible hand.
The action taken was that one in four of the kids in the last year of primary school each were taken to different private schools, so that they would get used to the place. The govenment was to subsidise thier fees so that they would get free places. The government delibrately chose schools that the parents would not approve of.
This created controversy in the local community as angry and jealous parents through things at the armoured busses that were taking these kids to the private schools. Riot police were soon called in to protect the busses.

The whole community is now badly divided by this government action, and there are frequent riots and protests by left wing groups. Let this be an example to anyone who wants to challenge the free market and the right to freedom of choice in CharlotteMaria.
