Everyone here if you want to take over a lot of region and nations join WAD Training Region because if you pass this region (which I let everyone get through) you will go into the World Axis of Domination. WE here have already taken over some regions so join WAd Training Region.

His post wasn't meant to be roleplayable.
It's a recruitment threat for a region-invading guild.
THe kind that gets a bunch of UN nations together, they go in a region that has no founder, take over the delegacy, eject those against them, and rot there for a few days before picking it up (Because ejected nations usually head toward the invader's home region as revenge), and moving back, then choosing another region to target.
TO think that someone would consider this fun in anyway is beyond my level of comprehension, but there's a countless number of these.
