OOC: You fell for it. Haha! Now that you know I am not "n00king ju" you can either post an IC reponse that is worthwhile or you can get the hell out if all you are going to say is "You got me!" or "Nice advertisement!" because I know. I have tried this before, and seen others try it. It works.
IC:
Your delegate, after wandering through the winding halls of the Imperial Palace finally makes his way towards the conferance room, taking a seat at one of the many tables assembled in the large, high ceilinged room. Upon a golden platform, with a podium made of Oak, stands Ronald Polyakov, the Empire's representative to this delegation.
After waiting for a few of the stragglers that wanted to take a more detailed tour of the majestic halls of the Palace, he begins his speech:
"Peoples of the Delegation, in is with great honor that I adress you, and I thank you for attending. But enough of that, let us get to business. The purpose of this meeting is to address a few issues in the firearm business, and address them by standardizing some properties of the standard assault rifle. Should you accept the standards imposed in the Delegation of the Imperial Palace, you willingly accept, on behalf of your nation, to adhere to the guidelines set by this Delegation.
I shall now state what issues there are about the standard issue assault rifle:
Because the size of ammunition varies, one can not always buy ammunition, or share ammunition, with or from an ally.
Because not all ammo is caseless or case using, you may also not share ammunition
Because the current various standards may not be the best, your assault rifles could very well be less effective than possible.
To rememdy these problems, I, and the Empire, propose the following:
We decided upon a standard size for ammunition, for easy trading and enter-gun use.
We decide wether case or caseless ammo is more effective, for the same reason as above.
The standard ammunition is more effective than current ammunition sizes.
We design a common assault rifle, to be developed cooperatively between all here, that uses the agreed upon standard.
Should such a weapon be made, it becomes producable by all participating nations, at the same cost to all. Improvements to this weapon should, at a later delegation, be proposed and possibly incorporated into the design.
The Delegation awaits any proposals for problems, solutions, size, case or no case, and any other issue."
After his speech, Polyakov took a seat and left the podium for another delegate.
