The ARSB, feeling it lacks a bit in the naval department, has chosen to upgrade, refit, and expand its Navy. It has been nearly 20 years since the Navy was last expanded, both shipwise and personnel wise. Since the ARSB feels its Army forces are more than enough to counter any land threat and defeat any modern nation's army, and its air force very competent in defending the ARSB and supporting the Army, it has decided to increase the Navy among the standings of the ARSB military's branches, making it the second largest force, behind the Army.
