"Just moments ago, The Republic of Valgrad's President Brittany Autmun became the third United Nations Regional Delegate for the Region of Reformed Oceania. She will be the first Delegate of the Region's second round.
Reformed Oceania operate under a system whereby new, smaller nations are guided and prtoected by larger nations until they are strong enough to move on, or stay and help the next group of nations.
The region is a strong community styled area that focuses on providing a safe haven for nations of all political orientations, and namely those more liberal nations who could othrwise become prime targets. Socialist and Communist nations have also found the region appealing in the past.
It is expected with the first round of nations moved on that new nations would be encouraged to join and enjoy the prosperity and comfort of this small, community region under the guide of the Region's Founding Nations Rotovia and it's new UN Delegate Valgrad."
