The government of Al Anbar, led by President Saddam Hussein, may Allah bless him, is now in the process of creating a 'Naval Assault Force', a force that will be used to, primarily, land on beaches of an enemy nation. The force will be made of six brigades of approximately 2,500 men per brigade. Four of the six brigades will be armored brigades, using a newly created amphibious tank for reconnaissance, transportation, and as an assault tank. Below are the specifications for this new assault tank.

The People's Republic of Kay Son applauds such technological advancemetn but warns your country on not to use it in any hostile means. Such action breeds foreign intervention with the idea of self governing rights revoked by occupying troops.

Just remember to follow through on your agreement to pull troops out of Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.
Until then, we our forces are still in your nation though we have ceased fire.
As long as this new weapon is not being used to reinforce your positions, we will not strike at the factory where they are being made.
This is a warning to Al Anbar. Do not attempt to use the cease fire to regroup or rebuild your military to continue your aggression against Kuwait, Saudi or Lebanon.
