We are a spiritually and ethically grounded region, who embrace the traditional values of Chivalry. One of those values is the protection, if necessary, of the weak and oppressed from unrighteous, evil people. We know often that noob nations get picked apon by rouge, unethical states that enjoy attacking noobs for no reason.
The Holy Catholic Gnostic Empire invites you to join us in what we are calling the Noobian Alliance-a mutual defense pact that promises signatured of the pact our aid in case of attack by unrighteous evildoers. It is not necessary to actually JOIN the Holy Catholic Gnostic Empire, though you may do so if you wish.
The Noobian Alliance benefits both of us-it gived you the protection from the evil ones who would do you harm, and strengthens our hand as well.
