The Republic of G Bugles has just opened a weapons research and testing facility approximately one hundred miles east of its capital city of Ugonothal. Built at a cost of approximately VO 47,000, this facility will be used for both R&D for new weapons as well as reverse-engineering and modifying weapons acquired from foreign powers. It is hoped that this new test center will enable G Bugles to catch up to the military prowess of far larger nations, enabling it to hold its own in a fight without depending on a tangling mess of alliances for defense.
