OOC: Remember that thread where I asked for re-supplying my military? Well...
Note: As WS has been very inactive for ages, Doujin and I have agreed that this is WS acquiring a navy a while ago and has the money to cover it...this is slightly over its military budget at 15%

Defense Minister Tony Anton of West Scotland has reached a historic, multi-year deal with Doujinshi Corporation of the nation of Doujin. (This deal is several years away from being completed)
West Scotland has officially contracted Doujinshi as the producer of its navy, and being situated in Isles...well, the need for a large navy was fairly high.
The details of this order haven't been intentionally kept secret, but little information has been disclosed of them. For reference, they are as follows:
