Doesn't look modern tech, or very aerodynamic for that matter...

But since we are looking for a bomber currently, we will contract your nation, Dracun Imperium, with producing 180 models of these, which look satisfactory, for the price of $36 billion.

Axis Nova

Axis Nova would like to purchase the production rights to the design, if possible. We have in mind a number of modifications to increase it's efficiency and utility on the battlefield...

Axis Nova State Department

(OOC: Axis Nova is post-modern, so most of our mods are things like a better propulsion system, etc)

Im afraid this will stay a dracun corp product for now. We are sorry but we refuse your offer however you can buy a number of them and modify them to your specifications

Looks aren't everything. Also, they only fly at .9, so....

uhh looks ARE everything when you're craft is so bulky theres no wway its getting airborne, theres a reason planes are made the way they are, its called aero-dy-nam-ics, that is about as aerodynamic as a rock, heck man, even the F-4 was more aerodynamic.......and it flew like a piano.....and its glide ratio was....blah, you lsoe an engine, you fall

I wasn't talking about being aerodynamic. I was talking about future tech. You can make a car look like a tank with a paint job and a lot of body work... a LOT of body work. So making something look futuristic wouldn't be too hard. Look at all the Alienware computers, for instance. Just body kits.

yea, but a car and a computer dont have to get of the damned ground if a plane can to achieve a certean airflow over the wings, and doesnt allow air to pass properly around it, it will not lift, it becomes a hypersonic friggen tank!

If this design is future tech, then it can look like a big flying blah, cause its in space most liekly and airflow inspace is nill

It's not hypersonic
mach 0.9. Not 1 not 8, but 0.9
What about the B-2 stealth bomber? If you turn off its computer it crashes, because its so un-aerodynamic. (Also, leave it alone, its the dropship for god's sake! You can't say a bad word about it!)

Alright, alright.....appearntly people still have much to learn about aurcraft, but, i think its called a D-52 Bomber.....but you say its a dropship? Im a little confused?

Poor poor man. Leave your house now. Go to the video shop. Rent aliens
(It has to be plural) Thats where the pic comes from. The Marine dropship.
Anyway, you could modify the wings to give it lift fairly easily.

ahh, right, got ya, sorry, didnt think you were talking OOC. You'd have to remove the upper pods on the wings there, that should take care of it.....but, it IS still heavy, so its gonna need a lot of thrust to get up, so, with powerful enoguh engines, yeah, that pretty much solves it

it has engines on the bottom to get up off the ground and eninges in the back of the ship for it to fly both engines run at the same time to give ita image of a ship flying on air its a lot more graceful too

uhhh, no....its stilla big flying rock with no manovorability.......thats cool though, cause NS isnt bound by the laws of life.....so, good luck with this, we'll stop cluttering your thread with pointless arguments, and let you get back to bussniess....anything further, TG me
