Today,The Soviet Ministry of Defense announced a bill that would phase out the countries 5,000 Mi-24 HINDS for the newer Mi-28NEs.The total time for this new phasing in of this combat copter will be 6 years.The Minister of Defense however failed to comment on the cost of this program.

We would be interested in purchasing mabye 1,000 used Mi-24s. Would you be willing to sell? We have around 300 new Mi-36s in service, and 1,000 older versions would be good support.
