OOC: Up to a couple of weeks ago I owned The HLF and it was I that controlled it in its scam against Cannis, its wars against Credonia and Midonia, building the Terrorist training school and setting up its terrorist network. I had to give up the HLF, Law2k(my real nation) and Spherea due to educational pressure and so gave them to my friend Huzen Hagen (this is all documented in this thread http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=127192&highlight= It would be unfair of my to ask for the HLF back so I have decided to set up another terrorist group which is a breakaway from another (much like the IRA and Real IRA) and so The Real HLF is born.

Secret IC: Of course I will help you. I still have trainers that I used to drill the HLF forces and the forien pupils at my Terrorist training school and I can sent 100 of them to train your forces in the art of guerilla warefare. The first thing you should do is buy a large containment of basic weapons eg AK-47s, RPG-7s and distripute them to your general population. This will create huge proplems for invaders as they will be fighting an army that has no uniform and so you can ambush them acrooss the country without commiting troops and if they return fire you can claim they were civillians and the rest of NS should condem them. Secretly buy a small amount of bio and chemical weapons then let them off inside the enemy bases or just outside buy smuggling them in using the people the invaders will use to maintain the base like cleaners. Also constantly attack there supply lines with bombs ambusshes etc as these are the weakest points of the army. Finally try not to engae them in open battle put draw them into the cities and towns. If you need more assistance just ask.
