"Greetings, nations of the world. My nation has charged me with the research of military transports, and, after long debate with my colleges, came to the conclusion that Imperial designs can not suite our needs of a large spersonic transport. We therefore ask for the nations of the world to design a large sized transport, capable of trans-oceanic travel at speeds of mach 2. At bare minimum, it must carry 150 tons. The winner will recieve a contract for one thousand of the aircraft, full production rights, and the like. I await to see the designs of the world."
