Due to the recent outbreak of hostilities, in the form of a nuclear terrorist attack, between the great Protectorate of Northern Germania and the Holy Empire of Unified British States, an official state of war exisits between these two countries. The Declaration of War was declared by the Protectorate of Northern Germania as of 7:45 P.M. central standard time. The Kaiser of Northern Germania, also the head of the union of the Militaristic States of Europe, James Benson McNerney III declared ealier today. "This attack upon our great country, will require a fullscale nuclear retaliation upon the Holy Empire of Unified British States. Not only does the Protectorate of Northern Germania declare a state of war, but the union of the Militaristic States of Europe also declares a state of war in full support and sympathy of the terrorist attacks upon this country. Any intervention, whether in the form of military or economic intervention or relief, will be considered a hanus act upon not only the Protectorate of Northern Germania, but also the union of the Militaristic States of Europe, and would require a declaration of war upon the offeding country(s) and/or provinces
