The Nanakapolis Accord
The following terms have been agreed to on April 05, 20**, in Nanakapolis, Nananakaland, by the lawful representatives of the Free Republic of Allanea and Nanakaland.
1.That both nations will lower all import and export tariffs on sales to each other's businesses, citizens, or institutions.
2.That Nanakaland will allow ferrying of such goods as are illegal for it's citizens to possess through it's territory, as long as such goods are not sold to its citizens unlawfully.
3.Allanea shall make a three-billion allanean dollar loan to Nanakaland.
4.A student exchange program will be established between the two nations.
5.A. That Nanakaland will provide free military equipment, including Advanced Nanakan Army Helicopters (ANAHs) and Standard Nanakan Army Helicopters III (SNAH IIIs), to Allanea for the total sum of two billion Nanakaland Nanakans.
5.B. That Nanakaland will help Allanea develop it's own military hardware, the sale rights for which shall be reserved to Allanea.
6. That Allanea willl provide free military equipment, including Anne Coulter Mark II fighter bombers and Hannibal Lector tanks to Nanakaland for the total sum of two billion Allanean dollars.
7a. That Nanakaland and Allanea shall have a non-aggression pact.
7B. Nanakaland and Allanea shall have a mutual agreement. If one of those nations is invaded, the other will do all in their power to defend that nation.
8.That Nanakaland will allow Allanea to station an airforce base in it's borders for the defense thereof.
