Our island nation doesn't have much of an army, but we are a proud sea-faring people. We want to buy a 2nd carrier battle group to complement our aged USS CONSTELLATION that was bought from the US Naval reserve fleet after being decommissioned in the summer of 2003.

We have the following requirements:

1 CVN, or CV. I would like another Kitty Hawk class or Forrestal class due to a limited budget.

We need at least 5 AEGIS cruisers or destroyers.

We want at least 2 dedicated ASW Frigate

I would want a Spruance or Kidd class DDG.

At least 1 oiler is needed

Subs, while not required would be appreciated.

Our budget which we saved the last 5 years for is $35 billion.
