In recent news a bomb went off at the start of our most popular race, The "Short Jolt" which usualy has at least 500 thousand people in it a year.
When the bomb went off nearly 200 people were killed and another 300 injured. The government suspects the nation of Juosh for this horid attack.

The reasons we belive Juosh did this are...
1. Our spies have reported that Juosh former citizens have been leaving teh country for Juosh.
2. From what we can tell the bomb was made by a company. This company has asked not to have its name spoken but this company is in Juosh.
3. Juosh has had many citizens come here that were convicted as spies. Before this attack we never realized that they might be planning to do something like this.

Yesterday night Koiian was attacked by terrorists. In light of the Presidential election current president, James Shucko will give a speech.

Shucko stood up on the podium, cleared his throat and started his speech. "Yesterday night the nation of Koiian was the victim of a terrorist attack. They claim that we launched the terrorist attack against them. I tell you we are not to blame! We don't even have any citizens in their country. We only have one bomb making company in the whole nation of Juosh. This company, Theros, are not allowed to give anyone bomb except our government who uses the bombs to detonate buildings and in times of war. Koiian can try to blame us, but they have no concrete evidence! We believe this accusation is to make a different outcome in the Presidential election. We will not fall! Also we don't have any contacts with Koiian. But another queer thing is that last night, Postmaster General James Monroe, was almost assasinated at a speech. 50 people were killed with 100 injured. Juosh officials are investigating the attempted assasination on Monroe. Intelligence believes that a terror group is trying to start a war between Koiian and Juosh. We will fully cooperate with Koiian officials to investigate the attacks. Also we are searching all of Theros' companies to see if any black market trading went on between Theros and terrorists. Now its up to Koiian to either cooperate opr fued a war. We wish for peace, but if it must be we will protect our borders and will call upon our allies if necessary. But their government is full of liars, we never had any citizens go to Koiian and haven't even heard of them until this accusation against us. The so called spies accusation is not correct. We do not have spies in any countries whatsoever. I promise that if war is your answer then we will protect our borders from you and your allies. I'd advise you not to attack since our allies are bigger then the countries in your region. Also even if citzens were in your country the only way the got there was by moving away from this country, getting citizenship in another one, and then enter your nation. If there were terrorists from Juosh they weren't ordered by the government but by a terrorist organization. All ships and planes will be searched for stowaways. We will cooperate with Koiian officials, and all Koiian citizens are welcome to come to our nation. We are centered on an island so Koiian's claim for Juosh citizens going over the boarder are wrong and made up. We have called on our allies if assistance is needed for a possible war with Koiian. Though we state their claims are insufficent and are an attempt to change the outcome of the presidential elections and to try to make the global community go to war with us, and change how they see us, not as a peacful nation, but as a terrorist, which is completely untrue in the first place. We will welcome anyone who wants to search us for terrorists or bombs, or aspiring to attack a nation. Its up to them for war or peace. They have 1 day to reply." President Shucko stepped down from podium, the crowd erupting into applause.

Our economy is reasonable but can still be stronger. My plan is to increase trade with other nations, and increase the export by 10% in the next 4 years. With the increased oil of trade the gas prices will plummet and the economy should grow significantly.

Next is civil rights. I know you might not feel treated enough, we are trying to increase your rights but the recent terrorist attacks are making it very hard. Keep your faith while we try to sort out the terror attacks and the nation is back to normal. If you look at the billboards there will be small "elections" of what rights you want and you will be included in all of the Parliament's decisions.

Last but not least is the terror attacks. We are cracking down on the terrorists who commited these attacks on Koiian and Juosh. There is believed to be a strong central government behind the attacks funding the terrorists actions. The owner of Theros has been taking into custody and is being questioned regularly. He is not cooperating and we believe he provided the terrorists with bombs. All of the Theros companies worldwide have been shut down while being searched. As you can see we have found a very likely hiding spot off the cost of New Zealand.

We have found an outpost and are currently investigating it for any clues that may tell who helped commit these horid acts.
The Koiian army would like some help because we do not have specialists that can do the investigating that we need to be dont.

So far we have found that two more waves of five attacks each were planned for both Juoshs capital and big cities as well as Koiians.

Commodore John Welbow looked over the regional monitors.

"See sir, we think the terrorists are hiding somewhere in section A. A small vacated hut has suddenly been occupated by some guests. We are ready to invade at your command."

"Yes, invade the hut now. Look for anything in there out of the ordinary. We have an okay and all occupants will be taken in for questioning. Send in the infantry and call HQ we might need air and tank backup," Welbow told the soldier.

"Why?"

"Because they might have bombs around the perimeter. Launch the sting now!"

Soldiers burst into the house. Bullets split apart the first soldiers who entered. Jermey Auxington peered quickly inside the house. Bullets whistled past him as he pulled hi head back. Inside there were about fifty men huddled behind overturned tables, armed with machine guns.

"Don't enter they have the place covered. Get the air and tank squadrons we need backup."

Jeremy waited patiently outside the hut waiting for the reinforcements to arrive. Suddenly a humming of plane engines was heard in the distance, he stood up slowly listening to the brief on his radio. As far as he could tell Koiian airforces were going to bomb the hut. The whole regiment was to evacuate immediately. The planes would drop bombs in ten minutes.

He backed away from the hut "Good riddance" he thought.

He looked back one last time seeing a man in the door of the hut grinning.

"If you drop bombs I'll destroy over half of the Juosh planes. See this switch I have in my hand? If I press the button small mines attached to Juosh planes, some which are civilian, will explode destroying the planes. Now say good bye to the air force!" The man reached to press the button, Jeremy took out his gun instantly, firing a single round at the man. The man stopped instantly and fell down dead. Jeremy ran to the switch, picking it up carefully he turned it off and put it in his backpack. He took out his radio and radioed the HQ "Tell the Koiian airplanes to back off now. They'll kill everyone which we could use for questioning and may destroy very valuable evidence. We're going to get in that hut no matter what get the tank backup here pronto."

The Dominion of New Vladivostok offers to send investigative teams from the Duke's Guard to Koiian and Juosh to assist in this investigation. Furthermore, if and when the guilty party is found, the Dominion will gladly aid in its extermination.

Back at the hut. . .

Jeremy cocked his gun, ready to barge into the room. He motioned for the Koiian soldiers to get ready. Tank and helicopter backup had arrived ready to transport any terrorist captured, or to bring down fleeing terrorists.

Jeremy counted, "1, 2, 3, go!" He broke the door open, firing bullets around the room. Koiian and Juosh militants ran into the room, firing at the terrorists.

Jeremy ducked as a bullet sailed over his head. Seeing the man who fired the round he shot with his machine gun. The man's body was blasted, until he finally fell down dead. "Give up! We ahve you surrounded!" Jeremy yelled tackling a fleeing terrorist. `He stood over top of him aiming the gun in the man's back. "Give up now," he whispered.

The man nodded as the firing died down, 40 terrorists and 5 sodiers were dead and ten wounded. Jeremy grabbed his radio and radioed HQ, "The perimeter is secure we have one captive, nine escaped but the helicopters gunned them down, We will be arriving in precisely an hour. No one is allowed to enter except bomb inspectors and other personnell investigating the attacks. We'll be arriving in an hour."

The counter terrorists slowy investigate the hut while the Juosh bomb inspectors looked for traces of bombs or other clues.
Then suddenly part of the floor fell with a Counter terrorist(CT) on it.
After the dust cleared everybody saw that it was an elevator down into some sort of underground building. The CT captain called for the CT who had fallen and got the response of the sound of bullets. The CT captain called for some more soldiers then threw in two hand grenades before he went down weilding his KAR-3 Phantom.

To help our alliance with Juosh we are sending 1000 soldiers and top forensic investigators to help find the terrorists. When the terrorist's main positions are found we will send in soldiers to help destroy those responsible for these attacks.

In the helicopter. . .

Jeremy sat down next to the prisoner sipping water happily. He listened to the radio for any updates on the investigations. "And in national news Pelpobia has put its support behind Juosh and Koiian in the search and extermination of the terrorists responsible for attacks in the two countries. Also Koiian and Juosh forces invaded a hut with terrorists in it the government refuses to give us any information on what has been found." Jeremy turned the radio off grabbing his walkie talkie. "John drop me off next to that humvee, I'm going back to the hut." "Gotcha."

The pilot landed outside a military convoy. Jeremy got off and hopped into a humvee. He was going to investigate the hut too.

When the CT captain dropped into the "basment" and was surprised at how dark it was. He crouched and tugged on the rope and quickly two more GIs came in. They all followed the CT captain until they saw the body of the unfortunate CT who fell in. They stoped and took posistions to charge in but before they did one of the GIs shot in a flare. They charged in and saw three dead bodies. They all pulled out flashlights then called for more people to come down. After a bit the room was lit up and they saw a bomb lab on one side and a mass of computers all that were turned off.

The CTs are requesting orders from the Juosh commanders

Search and look for any bombs, be careful they may have planted a bomb expecting us to find it. Intelligence will be there soon to search the area. Turn on the computers and look for names that might define the terrorists responsible for the attacks.

The NSAT alliance will send 100 investigators to find out who is behind this horrible act of terrorism. We will also send 100 million in humanitarien aid

Back at the hut...

Soon the CTs were searching the computers for names of terrorists or any clues as to who these terrorists are. The bomb squad which had just arrived was searching for bombs and gasses. Eventulay the bomb squad left having found nothing but the CTs were still at the computers searching all files everywhere.

Jeremy had arrived at the hut, bomb investigators were packing up and getting ready to leave. He walked into the hut, seeing the hidden elevator. He got on and saw hundreds of Koiian and Juosh soldiers on the computers searching for names and possibly the supporter of the terrorists. This was going to take a while.

After a few more hours one of the CTs said he had found something. Everybody crowded around him to see. What he showed them was a 15 page document full of seemingly random letters. The CT captain said "either these people had some problems in the brain or they have a code. I want this copied and sent to Juosh and Koiian intelligence agencies.

Send a copy to me too. Our decoders will decode it while you search if you give us a copy.

After reviewing the code I have found that it is a PERFECT match with our governments code and that when decoded it tells all about my millitary (the seret stuff) and that it also tells many places that if they were hit by a bomb or some kind of terrorist attack it would cause mass havok. This was the report given to the dictator a month ago.

Very interesting. Did you find out who it was sent to? We are ready to launch 10000 soldiers once the terrorist organization is found.

Jeremy got on a computer and searched frantically for any names of possible terrorist organizations or secret stuff. He browsed through the files seeing nothing but reports on animals and other non important files. Then he got on the internet. Jackpot, the internet provider was stationed outside of both Koiian and Juosh, and it was password protected. "Get the password people in here, I think we hit the jackpot."

We think that it was not ment to be sent via email but rather be printed and then smuggled to someone. There was no apperant person to whom this might have been sent to but we are not done investigating

Back at the hut...
Soon the five printers that were there were having thousands of copies come out of them and their was a buzz of excitment in the air... We may finally be near the end of our quest for the end of this terrorism
Soon there were news reporters out side that wanted to know what had been found. The CTs and the GIs eventualy pursuaded the reporters that this was just a hut that they were practicing in.
