"Hello, I'm Henrique Tarkson with the new breaking news. In continued conflict with the nation of Credonia and its policies, the Foreign Minister of the Five Civilized Nations, Zhong Da, has issued a statement today, declaring that the Five Civilized Nations will officially break all ties with the nation of Credonia. Since Credonia's sudden withdrawal from the International Allied Defense Federation, relations between it and the Five Civilized Nations have steadily deteriorated to open hostility. Because of this, the Foreign Ministry of the Five Civilized Nations has officially ordered the closing of all 5CN consulates and embassies within the nation of Credonia and its dependencies. The Foreign Minister had this to say:"

We have steadily refused to condone Credonia's so-called "War Against Terrorism." Instead of being a leading nation in the world, it has become one of the most hated. Today, the Five Civilized Nations joins the people of the world condemning the nation of Credonia by officially breaking all relations with Credonia. As we speak, 5CN embassies and consulates within the nation of Credonia and its dependencies have begun to close. All 5CN diplomatic and security personnel will be evacuated. From this day forth, the Five Civilized Nations will close its borders to Credonian nationals. In addition, all 5CN citizens and residents are prohibited to travel to Credonia. In addition, all 5CN exports to Credonia and imports from Credonia will be immediately stopped. Any person or persons attempting to break this embargo will be severely punished.

"Now we turn to our analyst, former 5CN ambassador to Credonia, Roger Campbell, to analyze the effects of this move. Now Mr. Campbell, why did the government do this?"

"Well Henrique, relations with Credonia have steadily deteriorated over the past year, especially towards Credonia's bellicose attitude towards terrorism and its global "War Against Terrorism," very similar to the one that was perpetrated by the United States in its invasion of Afghanistan and Iraq. The Five Civilized Nations never condoned Credonia's actions and have continuously to be critical. I believe that this move by the government shows that they are strengthening their resolve against the nation of Credonia..."

"Will be any effects of this sudden break in relations?"

"Well, there wouldn't be any major effects. Trade between Credonia and the Five Civilized Nations account for only 1% and .003% of the trade, respectively. The total value of this trade is only a mere US$500 million. So I don't believe anything major would occur..."

"Thank you, Mr. Campbell..."

GLA Terrorists congratulate 5CN for seeing the true light behind Credonias lies and manipulations.

Too long Credonia has hidden behind alliances and smaller foolish nations.
Ruling through fear like a bully it is clear their time will come.

Upon hearing of such an announcement, Peter Richards, the Austarian Foriegn Minister made a sudden response announcement;

"We laugh at the comments made by Five Civilized Nations. Obviously it shows a great deal of hypocrisy when he never was much of an ally to the IADF in general.

Whilst the FCN came to support SOMETIMES, their nation were blatently against the majority of the IADF desisions. Nations such as these were the cause of our leving of the IADF, and we are glad we had.

For we no longer have to put up with the antics, of a hypocritical moronic state such as Five Civilised Nations, and we are also glad that we no longer have to bite our tounge when we call them an ally."

Upon hearing the news of FCN's breaking of its ties with Credonia, Emperor Sutton sat up in his chair, took a sip of his coffee, cleared his throat and says barely audibly, "good riddens..who needs the traitors anyway".

He then changes the channel on the television and watches Commedy Central.

We at Iuthia would like to note that while Five Civilized Nations is entitled to their view point and we will acknowledge their break up with Credonia and the International Allied Defense Federation.

Perhaps we'll look into what you found so objectionable; if you would like to give us links to the reasons you have done so we would prefer that you keep them in telegram so not to turn this statement into an arguement. Eitherway we always welcome another opinion and we feel it would be in the very least interesting to see what your objections were.

None the less we would like to note that this break-up will not affect our relationship and we shall still respect your nation as we would many others. Providing this break-up doesn't turn into anything nasty at least.

Perhaps it was all for the best... we are still unsure about Credonia as their policies have never been entirely in line with the Iuthian line of thinking, not that this makes much difference to our respect for Credonia; it's just that we don't agree with some of their attitudes.

We shall keep an eye out for any further statements.

Official Statement From The Credonian Imperial Palace

Let it be made known that FCN is making aggressive actions, FURTHER souring the already bad relations between our nations. Credonia has shown no type of hostilities towards this nation, nor would we have. Up until FCN broke ties with Credonia, we considered them an ally, and with all the rest of our allies, we show them the respect they deserve (with he exception of maybe one nation that i wont mention). It is sad to see that it has come to this. There have been NO attempts whatso ever to try to work things out between our two nations, nor has Credonia taken steps to hinder the relations of these two soverign nations. WIth that being said, Emperor Sutton invites representatives from FCN to the Imperial Palace to discuss Credonia-FCN relations in hopes of sweetening the fast souring relations before it gets to the point where innocent lives of men and women are lost as that is the path that can be clearly seen at the present time.
