PM-13 "Earthquake"

The PM-13, or "earthquake", is another cruise missile created by the penguisiana missile industry. The basic idea for the Earthquake was the thought of using the earth as a weapon as well. The project began a while back and now is finally complete. Voila Earthquake.
Concept
The Earthquake is a cruise missile designed to create what it seems to be a mini earthquake. The hard diamond drill located on the tip of the missile allows it to plow many meters into the earth (with the help of impact). It then detonates, creating a huge explosion, not just that, the earth around it (miles across, depending on variation) flies up in the air, chunks of rock and hard rubble, along with metal sharps can hit vehicles and may make them unrepairable. Almost like a suber runway bomb.
how it's built
As normal the engine of the Earthquake is scram jet packed with hydrogen fuel. usign air as fuel enables the engine to be smaller yet more efficient, left over hygrogen get transfered to the explosion.
The frame of the missile is more peculiar, since you need a drill mounted on the tip. there is four fins in the back, 2 long fins in the middle. and a cone on the head. The cone is where the propeller drill is located. Everything on the missile is retractable. The end 4 fins rortate as another drill once in the ground
weapons/weapon systems
It is equipped with global positioning satailte, Digital Scene Matching Area Correlation, terrain contour matching, Time of Arrival systems. And incase the system fails and the missile is cornered the earthquake is equipped with a density measure to determine where to ram through. The PM-13 would determine the best course and be launched from the naval unit. the main warhead, located in under the drill, contains 2000 lbs of explosives, what kind of explosives depend on what variation is purchased.
countermeasures
Radar Jammars and sound distorters are built in to confuse radar, chunks of melted metal are in the engine for throwing off heat seeking. heat surpressed engine. Basically stealthed through the frame. Contact me for the full list.

1. target at least 100 miles from your allies and you self for safety. when using type Q and X 800 miles at leats suggested
2. Major air feild and paved areas create better rubble showers
3. Do not stare at an exploding type Q or X
4. We do not take responsiblity if your enemy gets wicked pissed off and tries to kill you after wards
5. Keep away from children

In the past penguisiana atempted to make a unique missile to better advantage penguisiana and it's allies. Penguisiana has tried many times and failed all of them. But finally Penguisiana branch PM, with the help of plenty of fu ndings, has created it's new missile. The PM-9
design
The design of this new missile is quite interesting. A long ranged multi-designation cruise missile. Launched mosted efficiently from naval units. This missile enables it to bomb multiple targets. For it is a mini plane with a war head with 2 smaller missiles hidden in it's bays. The PM-9 represents a hammerhead shark. Two fins sticking out in the front, with smoother and longer fins in the middle for gliding and lift. the back has a stabilizer.
Engine
Because of the success of the x-43a Penguisiana has also create a scram jet engine, but more powerful. It uses air for fuel and has a high hydrgen reserve, what's left can be used in the final explosion. The engine was designed to emmit little heat to prevent detection.
Weapons/weapon systems
The PM-9 weapon system is simialr to the toma-hawk. It is equipped with global positioning satailte, Digital Scene Matching Area Correlation, terrain contour matching, Time of Arrival systems. And incase the system fails and the missile is cornered the PM-9 is equipped with a density measure to determine where to ram through. The 3 or less targets are programmed before launch. The PM-9 would determine the best course and be launched from the naval unit. the main warhead contains 1,000 lbs of explosives and the sub bombs are (2) 500lbs JDAM.
defence
to protect itself against anti-cruise missiles the PM has these features
High speeds: the speed is considerably higher than standar cruise missiles so it can escape the more basic patriot missiles
JAMMARS: includes radar jammar to block/confuse detection systems
If anti missile is close enough: the PM will drop a piece of liquid hot metal that hopefully will knowkc/ explode the attacker. Also by draining alot of it's batteries the PM and extrot a ultra-high frequency that can shattar, push, or explode things
