In a massive overhaul of the government the Proltarian Soviet of Sovietsa has reorganised its entire system.
The entire nation has been split up into different communes, producing in different areas. Such as some dedicated to agriculture, others to armanments works. These communes, ranging from 1,000 to 50,000 members shall be governed by a Soviet, the leader directly elected from the members of the commune over 18. Each commune will also elect a delegate to represent them in the National Soviet. The commune representatives will then elect the Proletarian Premier, who shall govern the nation for no more than 1 year before being replaced. All Premiers can be re elected 5 years after their last election, but not before.
All communes must share their products for the good of the nation, and must supply at least 5% of its members between the ages of 18-40 for military duty.
The National Soviet is welcoming foreign visitors to the communes, and comment upon the system.
