Third Squad, 5th Company, First Battalion of the 3rd Infantry Division moved into the Red Square in a nighttime raid at 2100 hours today, taking the frozen body of V.I Lenin from Lenin's Mausoleum.
Evidently, squad leader Benjamin Earn had gone drinking with his squad at a local tavern. They then got the idea to take something valuable from the Red Square.
Taking an Antelope light transport helicopter, the designated driver for the 12-man group flew them into the Red Square. The drunken soldiers then piled out, and took the body from the building. They then loaded it into the Antelope and flew off back to base.
The commanding officer nearly killed himself laughing, and is now auctioning the corpse on E-bay.
