This is a special missle that basically on impact releases special atoms that tear apart the atoms of the target and reform those atoms into another type of atom.(EX.H2O) What is so good about this missle is that as soon as the atoms begin tearing apart the targets atoms, it starts a chain reaction...

It's impossible to change an atom, or tear it apart for that matter. It IS possible to chemically combine atoms to form a new substance.
And how can an atom do such a thing like changing another atom's properties and such? Does it have little arms that'll obey your commands?
And if it tears apart atoms, starts a chain reaction (I assume something nuclearly catastrophic) why would you need to change a substance's properties then? Just get a friggin nuke and bomb.

OOC: I developed MCD technology based on the Ender's Game book. By the way, it doesn't change chemical compositions it just rips the bonds between atoms apart. Anyway, you'll need to pay royalties to copy the research now that the Socialist Republic has caught you.
