Today, Western Ukraine has mobilized it's forces and declared it's independance from Russian Forces. We will defend ourselves if attack to reunify our nation. We ask anyone out there who is willing to help to help us in this matter.

The United Di'Agwan Empire of Fluffywuffy, though tied up elsewhere, can provide aircover to your new nation should you be invaded. Our only condition in this is that, once war is over, we open up peaceful trading relations. At the moment, we would like to open up an embassy in your nation, and an embassy from you in our's

Euroslavia pledges its full support for West Ukraine in this matter and will assist it, if need be.

We have a spot for an embassy reserved for you, in the meantime you can use the McLean Building as your Embassy.

Iron Blood shall aid RF in puting down this rebellion.

Doujin's Air Force will be dispatched to WestUkrainian Air Force bases. We are scrambling all fighters and refuelers for the long trip. over 1800 RF-11 Fighters will be scrambled.

As of now, we are hiking up military spending to 25%, or $1,608,154,214,060 while we are in this state of rebellion. Army and Air Force personnel are mobilizing for any attemp to keep us under the firm grip of the Russian Forces.

How did 1800 fighters get there? There are obviously russian troops in the area.

Not here yet, West Ukraine was self-autonomous, so by that reasoning there isn't a large number of russian troops in W.U...

Actually, RF had a significant number of troops there. Cause that's where all the attacks on his nation have been coming from. They are also there to defend WU from a Free Rumanian military invasion which FR has threatened over 150 times.
This is why WU is part of RF, FR threatened WU just after it had been too severly weakened by two invasions (first CommunistPoland then RussianForces, then Free Rumania).
In return for accepting self autonomy within RF, the RF forces pushed FR troops out WU territory including the area between the black sea coast and Moldavia which FR illegally invaded and tried to claim for himself.

The CommonWealth of Ireland and Scotland supports W. Ukraine's independence from Russian Forces. Ireland and Scotland has not offered military assistance since we are a relatively new and peaceful country. But we will like to offer W. Ukraine finacial support and any humanitarian aide that may be needed.

We wish to support West Urkaine and sign a non-agreesion pact and a rubber trade agreement with them.

All W. Ukraine military bases are on high alert, and anti-air defenses are at maximum readiness.

OOC:You cant move Planes there until RF responds, because his AA system covers most parts of Western Ukraine, 300 miles from the russian border if not SAMs in WU.

IC:Chellis pledges to help RF crush these fools. It is sending the newly massed forces in Mozambique to head into battle.

OOC: Drizzt, it would take a long time to move those helicopters to WU by ship, and RF's navy would take them out before they got there... Its not like you can fly them to WU, and even if you could, RF's SAMs.

IC:Chellian naval forces, Divisions(Fast, Chevalier, Air Chevalier, Air Attack, Motorized, Foot, Support, Youth, and engineer), and Air Forces are preparing for missions in WU. Shipments have started for all but Fast, and Air Attack divisions, towards RF, on untold but heavily protected routes. Any attack on chellian forces is an act of war.

Doujin will be sending the entire Main Fleet to aide West Ukraine in this conflict.

West Ukraine and Communist Poland:
The Whittier Pact wishes to know whether you will remain members of the alliance?
And CP, Whittier wishes to open negotiations on reducing Whitttier's military presence in your nation.
The troops from CP will be used as peacekeepers for WU if both WU and RF accept.
