Apple Zer0 threatens mass murder of foreign civilians within his nation

Zoogie decides to pay to have removal of citizens

Apple Zer0 states that all citizens have been removed, but 2 have died due to an unknown mine.

Zoogie then states that all citizens returned, then launches a missile strike on Apple Zer0

Apple Zer0 retaliates with a missile strike

Both nations brought to brink of war.

Palace: President Branam awaits the arrival of the Zoogie and AZ leaders to commence discussion on ending this war. He sits in the main board room. The long wooden table surrounded by 12 chairs, water pitchers are alond the table. The sunlight beams through the tall windows on the marble walls and floor.

"Sir, we have recieved word that both sides have agreed to peace talks" smiled Jason Wasper, Foreign Advisor.

"Excellent, have them come here immediately, let us end this," stated the president smiling back at Jason.

"Certainly Mr. President," Jason said as he turned and walked out the grand doorway.

I sent a carrier battle group in international waters to host one where i invited you to mediate it.

Zheng al-Din, foreign minister to the Fatimid Caliphate of Daylam, will attend the conference, but the terms of peace will be harsh and have already been stated [OOC: in the other thread].

All I'm asking for is the oil losses be paid for and payment is made to civilian familes, for there loved ones were killed by Zoogie Missiles.

Ambassador Allen Hudson has arrived in Jarrida safely, flanked by several advisors and two secret service agents. "Okay," he says, "Where to the discussion room? Let's get these talks on the way."

The 747 has landed and the Vice President is waiting gor information on where to go. He will be escorted everywere by 10 body guards.

Zheng al-Din, a giant of a man who was formerly a general, arrives surrounded by 5 bodyguards. He is of Mongol descent, but his family has long been Muslim.

the the ambassador walks in with 5 body guards armed with an asortment of pistols, knives and 1 sub machine gun(all of which are concealed) and the convoy drives away back to the aircraft

The VP has arrived at the building.

"Can we start the peace talks now, please?" questions the irritated Zheng. The huge man once served as Vice Admiral for the former Daylami government, and changed sides when the Fatimids arose. A shrewd negotiator, he had one objective in mind as he calmly sat down, pointedly showing his one weapon: a curved scimitar. His 5 bodyguards held pistols.

The VP enters the room and sits down eyeing the guns in the Daylam body guards hand. He says to them "We have 6 of your civilians hostage for this meeting should you try anything they will be killed. If I return safe they will be released."

"You insult my honor as a Muslim," mumbled Zheng under his breath, as he saw the various leaders carefully eyeing the gold-plated sheath his scimitar was hidden in. He sat down and remained silent, awaiting the start of these cursed peace talks.

as the ambassador, an imposing figure standing at 6' 7" was a SOF captain,who had been through many conflicts. His body guards are his old company

Tomzillian Foriegn Minister Hiyru Nagumo has arrived in Jarridia. He is accompaned by 5 body guards carring pistols or/and M-16s. Nagumo is 5'5'' and is carring a ceremonial katana. He should arrive in the conference room in a couple minutes.

Turning to him, he says, "Interesting how you have everyone's civilians hostage - however, as ours are back home save two, who died, supposedly, in a land mine accident...we advise you not to threaten the other delegates."

The president returns to the head of the table.

"Please, my friends, and Daylam, sit and let us begin. We are here to discuss the peace terms of the current war between Zoogie and AZ. Let us find a fair and feasible end to it."

Seeing the Vice President's wary eyes, Zheng whips out his scimitar in flash, puts it at the VP's nose, and then before a single weapon can be drawn, removes it back to its sheath. His bodyguards all roar with laughter at the show of skill of the Mongol man, who is a little over 7 foot with muscles of iron.

Turning to Jarridia, he says: Do not think I did not catch that, Jarridian. Zheng sits down, contented.

Allen Hudson says, "It is a pleasure to meet you as well," before noticing the words of the Apple Zer0 Vice President. At the sight of Daylam's action to the VP of AZ, President Branam has the guards for the Palace of Shelbin come and ask him to leave.

"If you can't sit there peacefully, we have no use for you!"

"Unacceptable," states Zheng, "it was AZ that started this war and many others, including an unforgivable betrayal of the Caliph. The government must be replaced."
To the guards: It was peaceful. A simple gesture of fun and goodwill. No harm intended.

Now, the situation...Allen Hudson gets up to speak.

First incident was Apple Zer0 declaring ethnic cleansing in his country - that he would kill all foreigners. He later tones this town and demands nations pay their citizens for their citizens to have safe passage.

Zoogie Intelligence indicated roughly 120-130 citizens in the nation, and paid for their safe passage, although the payment was done with plans for retaliation in mind. Why?

For Apple Zer0 released a threat. Raysia, a good ally of Zoogiedom, woudl have its citizens in Apple executed in five minutes! As a precaution, thirty minutes prior to the safe passage of our citizens, we activated four AC-240 Pallas cruise missile platforms. These were then ordered to fire as a stern warning.

Apple Zer0 has launched 85 cruise missiles at The Zoogie People in retaliation for 72 cruise missiles which we launched at their highest priority air and army bases. Most of these were intercepted but some hit.

Two Type 45 destroyers were destroyed, as well as several dry docks for military supplies. Three Sarancha-class hydrofoils were also destroyed. Two training camps were greatly damaged, and seventy were killed, with more injured. In air force bases, supply shelters were destroyed, and hardened HAS holding F-22s were also eliminated. Finally, three radar installations were damaged greatly.

Apple Zer0 basically threatened the lives of our citizens and our allie's citizens with death. They also DEMANDED us pay the citizens for leave. These demands we will not bow to. After paying for the safe passage, we noted that Raysia and Watertest's citizens would be executed in five minutes. Taking immediate action, we launched 72 cruise missiles from AC-240 (previously activated) as a stern warning.

The one hairy thing about the situation? Our cruise missiles killed 5000 civilians. He seems to have 5000 civilians in his highest priority military camps and air force bases. Beyond me - our intel SHOULD HAVE known this, but since he insists, I'll let this go by

"I believe that compensation on both sides is a necessity, both harmed civilians. We need exact numbers however, not just estimates."



Only 2 Zoogie Civilans were killed. It was out of the President's control it was a stray mine from the Tetra War.

Zheng al-Din, as a further gesture of goodwill, removes the weapon from its sheath and, upon another order to his bodyguards in Arabic, all weapons are handed to Jarridian personnel.

The Republic of Tiborita, an ally of The Zoogie People through the NNA, would like to would like to send a representitive to these peace talks. We will be sending Minister of Foreign Affairs Gil to attend.

Hiyru Nagumo arrived at the conference room. As he opened the door, he heard people talking inside. Feeling embarresed as he walked in, he said, "Sorry I'm late to the meeting. Took longer than I had expected to get here."

To all nations involved in the peace talks:

The government of Bariloche is sorry for not having acted before in this situation, but we had no warning of it. Now we are at the current of it and we are willing to send representants to these encounter. As a Protector of the Legion of Defense, we will support the position of The Zoogie People and provide of all the ideas and mediation we can to this encounter. In case of failure to reach a peace agreement we will also stand along TZP with our armed forces.

The representants will be Gabriel Perroni (Vice-Minister of Foreign Relations) and Federico Hernández (Vice-Minister of Defense). They will arrive within the next 4 hours in a militar aircraft with a twelve-men escort. Unless otherwise requested by the government of Jarridia the craft will land at the International Airport of the host city.

OK ok....Lets go this way. What does Zoogie require of AZ for peace, and vice-versa. NO ONE ELSE SPEAK!

Zheng al-Din again stands up, with a look of frustration on his face.

"Have you all forgotten? It was AZ's threat of ethnic cleansing, and his unforgivable betrayal of an ally in a war that are the main issue here. Zoogie's civilian casualties were a calculated ploy by the AZ military to garner sympathy, and, Jarridia, you have fallen for it it."

We will pay the families of civilians that were killed in the President's missile strike but that is it and will pay no more then $10,000 a family.

Ethnic cleansing, constant threats - you heard yourself, just for the Vice President's paranoid mentality regarding his safety, six Daylam citizens are being held hostage! Therefore, our terms are unconditional surrender. We will be part of an international coalition that will change this corrupt and psychotic government."

He nodded at one of his advisors, who left the room to contact the Zoogie Government of the breaking down of peace talks.

"It is a pity we could not have reached peace...but we will not show aggression on them yet. Fellow nations, if you have forces to spare, to help brace against a million-man invasion, we plead for your assistance."

He sits back down.

The Bariloche representants arrive while the VP is leaving, they almost collide but Fernandez moves right on time to avoid him. "What the hell is wrong with that guy?" he says, after that they enter and find out about what happened.

The VP busts into the room with a sub-machine gun and opens fire at everything he see's. He had been hideing as the guards walked right by him.

Zheng pulls his scimitar and throws it, nailing the VP in the head just as two bullets hit his leg and arm. His bodyguards finish the others with pistol shots.

Meanwhile Perroni understands what is going on and moves foward to Hudson. "Excuse me, I don't think this is the right way to end this meeting", he says "we understand what kind of wacko that person is, but this is not agreeable by our politics"

When the VP enters the room all the barilochenses hit the floor and the V-M of Defense takes his .45 and shoots towards the AZ people.
