Seeing as how we are already allied, I would like to take this time to formally announce the existance of the Westwood Alliance to the world. The WWA is made up of several nations with common ideals and goals. We are a peaceful region, yet formidable if attacked. We are proud to call Vampirian an ally.

We will require a small naval, air and SS base near your captial though, but no more restrictions or demands fro money will be made.
