Following the Elesnarian Communist Party (ECP) triumph in the parliament in the last few hours, two simulatenous terrorist attacks struck the Elesnarian capital, Varanov. Not long later, another two simultaneous terrorist attacks struck the Elesnarian military base and the Tarrisian military base, both on the Valenza mountains, 100 miles from Varanov. The casualties of these terrorist attacks were high. It was estimated that around 200 people were killed in Varanov, 40 soldiers were killed in the Elesnarian military base, and 60 soldiers were killed in the Tarrisian military base. Of because of this terrorist attacks also targeted Tarris, Elesnar expect a clear statement from the Tarrisian government concerning this terrorist acts. The Elesnarian president, Ying Wei Zhen had declared a condemnation of such terrorist attacks.

Meanwhile, the Elesnarian Intelligence Agency (IEA) had identified a group who launched these barbaric attacks and the motives which propelled them to do so. The intelligence had pointed at a democratic radical group called as the "Spear of Eagle". This group was responsible for the terrorist attacks in the Elesnarian territory. Their motives might be as clear as their actions: to ignite instability and anarchy to show the people that the Elesnarian government under the ECP was incapable to guarantee peace and stability for the people, and finally to provoke the
people to launch a revolution to torn down the government and set up their own government.

Tarris really disappointed with the terrorist acts, that had killed 60 Tarrisian Krasnaya Soldat. Vladislav Voronin, Prime Minister of United Socialist States of Tarris, phoned to Ying Wei Zhen, president of Elesnar. And talkin about this accident, about how safety the Elesnar is, and about Elesnarian role on Mongus. Tarrisian Prime Minister seems like not too happy with Elesnar's role on Mongus. And about "Spear of Eagle" rebel forces, Tarris will send more troops into Elesnarian territory, in case to wipe out those terror forces.

Tarris is allowed to make its way to the Elesnarian territory to wipe out the remnants of the terrorist group. However, only by police and intelligence operations, those terror groups can be wiped out in only a night.
